What you will do:

• You will work closely with the CEO
• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create compelling content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
• Utilize AI tools and analytics to optimize social media performance and track key metrics.
• Manage and maintain the company's social media profiles and presence, ensuring consistency with brand voice and messaging.
• Monitor trends in social media and digital marketing, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Design, and Sales, to align social media efforts with overall business objectives.
• Write engaging blogs and articles to support content marketing initiatives and drive traffic to the company website.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in social media marketing.

Who we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. MBA or post-graduate diploma in Marketing preferred.
• At least 1-5 years of social marketing experience, preferably for B2B SaaS companies
• Excellent at written communication
• Tech Savvy and excited to explore and work with new technology
• Proven experience in social media marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and content.

Job Summary:

• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)

API Lead Developer

Job Overview:

As an API developer for a very large client,  you will be filling the role of a hands-on Azure API Developer. we are looking for someone who has the necessary technical expertise to build and maintain sustainable API Solutions to support identified needs and expectations from the client.

Delivery Responsibilities

• Implement an API architecture using Azure API Management, including security, API Gateway, Analytics, and API Services
• Design reusable assets, components, standards, frameworks, and processes to support and facilitate API and integration projects
• Conduct functional, regression, and load testing on API’s
• Gather requirements and defining the strategy for application integration
• Develop using the following types of Integration protocols/principles: SOAP and Web services stack, REST APIs, RESTful, RPC/RFC
• Analyze, design, and coordinate the development of major components of the APIs including hands on implementation, testing, review, build automation, and documentation
• Work with DevOps team to package release components to deploy into higher environment

Required Qualifications

• Expert Hands-on experience in the following:
• Technologies such as Spring Boot, Microservices, API Management & Gateway, Event Streaming, Cloud-Native Patterns, Observability & Performance optimizations
• Data modelling, Master and Operational Data Stores, Data ingestion & distribution patterns, ETL / ELT technologies, Relational and Non-Relational DB's, DB Optimization patterns
• At least 5+ years of experience with Azure APIM
• At least 8+ years’ experience in Azure SaaS and PaaS
• At least 8+ years’ experience in API Management including technologies such as Mulesoft and Apigee
• At least last 5 years in consulting with the latest implementation on Azure SaaS services
• At least 5+ years in MS SQL / MySQL development including data modeling, concurrency, stored procedure development and tuning

Position: Solutions Engineer

As an APAC Solutions Engineer, you will be an integral player on the Sales team in positioning, demonstrating, and developing creative solutions for key customers and prospects. You will be the trusted solutions advisor for our customers by creating solutions that align with the NextBillion.ai technology stack.

Reporting to the VP of Sales and Customer Success, you will be the primary technical interface between our sales prospects and the Product and Engineering team.

We are looking for a Maps and Locations-Based Services expert with excellent technical, communication, organisational, and customer-facing skills. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

• In partnership with sales personnel, marshal prospects through the sales cycle by providing professional technical, integration, and development support.
• Work closely with our sales prospects in APAC to identify and solve their most critical business problems with a deep understanding of the NextBillion.ai architecture and feature set.
• Articulate customer requirements and solutions to different technical and non-technical stakeholders so as to enable successful execution of the engineering work.
• Organise and lead product-related webinars and training sessions.
• In coordination with sales personnel, assist in the response to all technical details in RFIs/RFPs
• Continually assess prospect and customer feedback as well as industry trends in providing feedback to product teams
• Support sales and customer success teams in onboarding newly signed customers into the post-sales support process
• A small amount of travel is required for prospect and customer meetings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
• 6+ years experience in technical consulting, solutions engineering or product management. 
• Prior experience with proprietary as well as open-source map products and tools, such as maps from HERE, TomTom and OSM, and supporting toolsets such as  QGIS.
• Adept and agile in working with a variety of frameworks and programming languages both frontend and backend e.g. JavaScript, Node.js,  Python, Angular, React, Rust, Go
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and service endpoints for both design and implementation
• Experience with using cloud native services from popular hosting providers like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform. 
• Understanding of common development practices, ticketing systems, and revision control systems using `git`i.e. Gitlab/Github, ClickUp/JIRA

• Industry experience in mobility services, fleet management, logistics/last-mile delivery, and/or connected car service
