Position: PHP Sr. Software Engineer

As a PHP developer, you must possess in-depth knowledge of Core PHP concepts with

object-oriented programming, design pattern such as MVC, MVP, writing queries against

popular RDBMS(s), and strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML,

JavaScript, and CSS.

Responsibilities:

Analysis of requirements.

Turning requirements into functionalities using PHP, Cake PHP, JavaScript, HTML, & CSS.

Troubleshooting application and code issues.

Updating and altering application features to enhance performance.

PHP Developer Requirements:

A degree in computer science B.Sc. (IT), BCA, MCA, B.E., B.Tech.

Knowledge of PHP web frameworks including Cake PHP, Laravel, Symphony.

Strong Knowledge of front-end technologies including CSS, JavaScript, and HTML.

Understanding of object-oriented PHP programming.

Previous experience creating scalable applications.

Proficient with code versioning tools including Git, Mercurial, CVS, and SVN.

Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases.

Good problem-solving skills.

Nice to have:

Knowledge of JIRA, GitHub, AWS Services, Smarty Templates

Position: Senior .NET Core Developer( Remote , Base Location : Chennai)

Experience: 5-8 years

Responsibilities:

As a Senior .NET Core Developer, you will play a key role in architecting, designing, and implementing robust and scalable web applications and distributed systems. Your responsibilities will include:

• Web API Development: Designing and implementing secure and efficient Web APIs, ensuring seamless integration with various client applications.
• Storage Management: Overseeing storage accounts and implementing strategies for efficient data storage and retrieval in cloud environments, leveraging services like Azure Storage.
• Messaging Architecture: Designing and implementing messaging queues for asynchronous communication between microservices, ensuring a decoupled and scalable system.
• Background Jobs: Developing and optimizing background job processes to handle tasks such as batch processing and asynchronous operations.
• Distributed Systems: Architecting and maintaining distributed systems, ensuring high availability, fault tolerance, and optimal performance.
• Technology Stack: Utilizing .NET Core 6 and staying updated with the latest technologies and best practices in the .NET ecosystem.
• Error Handling and Retries: Implementing robust error handling mechanisms and strategies for automatic retries to enhance system reliability.
• Database Management: Designing and optimizing database schemas, utilizing ORMs for efficient data access, and ensuring data integrity.
• Memory Management and Performance: Implementing efficient memory management practices and optimizing code for performance.
• Async Programming: Leveraging asynchronous programming techniques for handling concurrent operations and improving application responsiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Extensive experience (5-8 years) in .NET Core development.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing scalable web applications and distributed systems.
• Strong knowledge of Web API development, storage management, messaging architectures, and background processing.
• Experience with error handling, retries, and implementing robust solutions for fault tolerance.
• Proficiency in database design, ORMs, and data access optimization.
• Familiarity with the latest .NET technologies, especially .NET 6.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong understanding of memory management and performance optimization.
• Experience in asynchronous programming.

• Architect new systems and improve existing ones by instrumenting best practices and technologies.
• Identify and build automated tools for release management, deployment, monitoring and reporting
• Identity and implement latest technologies and frameworks for application system stack, deployments, automation, capacity management, resource orchestration and availability.
• Responsible for fixing support escalation cases and conducting post-incident reviews / Root Cause Analysis.

Requirements:-

• Overall 3-7 years of software engineering experience working with web applications and backend systems.
• At least 2 years of experience in production environment working with Ruby on Rails along with common libraries such as RSpec, Sidekiq, Redis.
• Strong understanding of concepts like MVC, ORM, and RESTful
• Strong understanding of Object Oriented Programming fundamentals.
• Strong understanding of server-side templating languages like SLIM and CSS pre-processors like SASS.
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Strong experience working with Linux like Operating Systems and shell environments like Bash, ZSH.
• Strong knowledge of integrating multiple databases into one system.
• Basic understanding of systems architecture and fundamental design principles behind a scalable web application.
• Ability to understand business requirements, derive database schemas and translate them into technical specifications and code.
• Strong hands on experience of Relation Databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL with ability of benchmarking and performance optimisation.
• Strong knowledge of any NoSQL database like MongoDB.
• Strong experience practicing TDD and writing test cases to achieve highest code coverage.
• Experience working with search engines like Elasticsearch, Solr is a plus.
• Experience integrating third party software and payment gateways is a plus.
• Experience deploying applications to cloud and setting up CI/CD is a plus.
• Experience building container images using tools like Docker is a plus.
• Experience with any popular JavaScript frameworks like React JS, Angular JS is a plus.
• Ability to learn new languages and technologies.
