Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, maintain, monitor, and support backend servers and microservices infrastructure.

- Build and maintain automation tools for development, testing, operations, and IT infrastructure.

- Participate in 24/7 on-call support for production incidents (PagerDuty).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployments and operational excellence.

- Define and improve SRE processes across development, testing, releases, and support.

- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and production issues.

- Drive infrastructure automation and continuous process improvements.

Implement security best practices, vulnerability assessments, and risk management.

- Perform incident management and root cause analysis (RCA).

- Monitor system health, customer experience, and operational KPIs.

 Lead the design and implementaƟon of Salesforce soluƟons tailored to Provider Network

Management.

 Very strong knowledge in Provider domain (provider contracƟng with Payor – RecruiƟng,

CredenƟaling, ContracƟng, Onboarding & Ongoing)

 In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud and related technologies.

 Strong understanding of healthcare industry standards, including HIPAA and HL7.

 Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 ExcepƟonal communicaƟon and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effecƟvely

with stakeholders at all levels.

 Salesforce cerƟficaƟons

(e.g., Salesforce CerƟfied Technical Architect, Salesforce CerƟfied

Health Cloud Consultant) are highly desirable.

Good-to-have Skills:

 Experience with integraƟon tools such as MuleSoŌ.

 Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools like ADO (Azure Devops)

 Knowledge of data migraƟon and ETL processes.
