We are a San Francisco-based AI infrastructure company working with leading frontier AI labs to build post-training data and evaluation infrastructure for foundation models. We are hiring a Python Developer to create high-quality datasets, reinforcement learning environments, and benchmarking pipelines used to improve and evaluate state-of-the-art LLMs. This is a remote role with flexible working hours.

Responsibilities

* Create and curate datasets for LLM post-training (SFT, RLHF, RL, preference optimization).

* Build and maintain RL environments for agent evaluation.

* Develop Python tooling for dataset generation, validation, and transformation.

* Evaluate models on custom benchmarks and testing pipelines.

* Collaborate with research and engineering teams to deliver client-specific post-training datasets.

* Work with terminal-first development workflows and cloud infrastructure.

Required Skills

* Strong Python programming skills.

* Understanding of LLM fundamentals and post-training concepts (SFT, RLHF, RL).

* Experience working with structured data (JSON, CSV, YAML).

* Git, Linux/Unix command line, and solid software engineering fundamentals.

Good to Have

Experience with RAG, agentic AI systems, Hugging Face Transformers, LoRA/PEFT, LangChain or LlamaIndex, vector databases (FAISS, Qdrant, Milvus, Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB), Docker, AWS/GCP, FastAPI/Flask, Bash, CLI tooling, model evaluation frameworks, benchmarking, and AI infrastructure.

Compensation

Base Salary: USD $1,250/month

Equity: ESOP/Equity package included.

Performance Bonuses: Up to USD $4,000/month (in addition to base salary).

Parsewave builds evaluation and post-training data for frontier AI labs. We work on custom datasets, expert evaluations, reasoning traces, and other data used to train and test advanced AI models.

We are hiring someone to help with client outreach and relations.

The job is straightforward to describe but difficult to do well: research the right people, understand what they care about, and write emails and messages that actually get replies.

What you will do

- Research AI labs, researchers, teams, and potential clients

- Write thoughtful, personalised emails and messages

- Manage follow-ups without sounding automated or pushy

- Learn Parsewave’s work, pitch, clients, and communication style

- Track conversations and make sure promising leads do not go cold

- Improve our outreach based on what gets replies

- Help maintain client relationships once conversations begin

What we are looking for

Excellent written and spoken English is essential. Your writing should sound human, natural, and sharp. Generic, over-polished AI copy will be an immediate no.

You should have a basic understanding of AI. You should roughly know how models are trained and what researchers at companies such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google DeepMind work on. You do not need to be a researcher.

You should learn quickly and work independently. We will teach you our pitch, tools, and style, but we do not want someone who needs constant instructions or follow-ups.

You should also be reliable and easy to work with: low ego, responsive, and able to get things done without drama or unnecessary delays.

Experience with cold outreach, sales, marketing, partnerships, or client relations is useful, especially if you can show real replies, meetings, or other outcomes. It is not compulsory.

This may be a good fit if you have worked in a founder’s office, at an AI or developer-tools startup, in partnerships or community, or as a strong technical or B2B writer.
