Strong Engineering Manager / Lead Profiles

Mandatory (Experience 1) - Must have 8+ years of overall Software Engineering/Development experience

Mandatory (Experience 2) - Must have 3+ years of experience as Engineering Manager / Team Lead role, with ownership of technical direction, delivery, and people management

Mandatory (Experience 3) - Must have hands-on Backend development experience using Python or Java, with frameworks such as FastAPI / Django / Spring / Express (Node.js)

Mandatory (Experience 4) - Must have Frontend development exposure using ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS

Mandatory (Experience 5) - Must have experience designing and building APIs, services, and integrations, including system design, PR reviews, and architectural decision-making.

Mandatory (Experience 6) - Must have experience leading engineers end-to-end – mentoring, code reviews, execution planning, and improving team productivity/quality

Mandatory (Company) - Must be from Product Companies / Startups (early to growth stage), B2B SaaS + Fintech industry is highly preferred

Mandatory (Note) - This role will be 80% team management and 20% IC (hands on coding required)

Required skills 

> Excellent coding and debugging skills in C#

> Understanding of Design patterns and object-oriented programing 

> Good understanding of relational databases and SQL queries 

> Familiarity with version control software like Git 

> Have development experience in Windows-based environment

> Modern C++, Templates, v11 new features etc

Your duties include

• Database development using T-SQL on MS SQL Server
• API Development using ASP.Net WEB API and C#
• R & D for available solutions and 3rd party API integrations
• Comparative Analysis of different approaches and finding optimal solutions
• Supporting existing applications in SQL, ASP.NET WEB API, C#, Angular or TypeScript

SKILLS

• Should have hands-on Experience in .NET Core, Asp.Net, MVC, Entity Framework, SQL Server with Good Communication skills.
• Use Microsoft technologies: C#, ASP.NET, SQL, MVC, and Microsoft Workflow to develop technical solutions to complex problems that require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity
• Design, code, test, debug and document software according to the functional requirements
• Develop, maintain and support programs/tools for internal and external clients
• Analyse, diagnose and resolve errors related to their applications
• Help define project plans requiring software development and hardware installations
• Provide technical and project management expertise across multiple areas of application development
• Investigate operational or systematic problems and user queries as required.
• If the candidate has experience in MVC / Angular / Azure / Xamarin, it would be an added advantage.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer engineering or relevant field
Students working towards their degree and with sufficient experience will be considered.
Qualifications-BCA, BE/B.Tech(Information Science/Technology (IS/IT)), MCA, ME/M.Tech(Information Science/Technology)

Designation: Team Lead ( Dot Net Development)

Experience: 5 to 8 years

Required Skills:

• Project Management skills.
• Previous experience leading development teams is a plus.
• Application of agile development processes in a leadership capacity.
• Proven experience with Microsoft .NET technologies including, ASP.NET, MVC, Entity Framework.
• Proven Skills with C#, SQL, JavaScript/DHTML, HTML-CSS, AJAX, jQuery, Web Services, etc.
• Ability to complete all phases of software development life cycle including analysis, design, functionality, testing and support.
• Ability to manage large scale web/database application.
• Should have working knowledge of using a latest development tools and techniques.
• Must have good problem solving and analysis skills.
• Team-player with strong communication & collaboration skills.
• Previous experience with ecommerce website development is preferred.
