Job Description:
We are seeking a WordPress Developer with a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, and solid experience managing high-traffic websites. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with high-traffic WordPress websites and have a keen eye for SEO best practices and performance optimization using tools like PageSpeed Insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress themes and plugins
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, and scalability
- Ensure websites follow SEO best practices (technical and on-page)
- Monitor and improve PageSpeed Insights scores across desktop and mobile
- Build and maintain websites capable of handling high traffic volumes without performance degradation
- Understand caching strategies (object/page/server-side), CDNs, and other performance tools

Required Skills:
