Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled ReactJS Developer with 4–7 years of experience to build scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks, state management, and frontend architecture, along with exposure to backend integration and deployment practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React (v17+)
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience in ReactJS (v17+)

We are looking for a good JavaScript developer who is proficient with React.js. Your primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux). You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is important.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in React JS and Redux
• Expert in React.j, ideally using TypeScript language extensions
• Good understanding of JavaScript Design Patterns
• Good experience writing front-end test cases
• Exposure in React Native is preferred.
• HTML5, CSS3 and Responsive web design are mandatory
• Exposure to Scrum methodology and XP technical practices such as unit testing, pair programming, test-driven development, continuous integration or continuous delivery
• Self-motivated, fast learner, detail-oriented, team player and a sense of humour

11. As a React.js Developer, you will be involved from conception to completion with projects that are technologically sound and aesthetically impressive. 

1. Node.js & ReactJS/Next.js ( MEAN/MERN Stack)
2. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
3. Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
4. Prior experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
5. Familiarity with more current specifications of EcmaScript
6. Familiarity with RESTful APIs
7. Great CSS skills. Familiarity with React Styled Components, SCSS, LESS, etc.
8. Knowledge of modern authorisation mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
9. Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
10. Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
11. Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
12. A knack for benchmarking and optimisation.
13. Familiarity with code versioning tools
14. Familiarity with Test Driven Development and tools like JEST & React Testing Library is a plus.
15. Familiarity with Firebase and other backend as a services is a plus.

As a front end product engineer, you will work with product engineers & designers to improve the overall user experience, performance, reliability and scalability of our systems. From handling millions of messages/ payments a minute to extract buyer intent and priority for processing these transactions to building tools to trace and visualize payments made across a business you'll be involved in projects that span all aspects of the business. Our goals includes scaling and architecting systems to support advanced product features that may not be currently viable because of hard technical considerations. You'll collaborate with our small, but effective, framework team with a track record of highly impactful work for Finly.

WITHIN 1 MONTH, YOU'LL

• Complete Finly's new-hire training week, and learn Accounts Payable Processes & the various partners we work with to make Finly happen.
• Investigate, solve and release a bug fix to production. In order to do this you will ramp up on Finly's engineering stack by pair-programming with your teammates and attending engineering training sessions designed and presented by the team.
• Meet with cross-functional peers around the company to learn how the product functions.
• Complete your engineering starter project and deploy your first changes to production.

WITHIN 3 MONTHs, YOU'LL

• Learn Finly's technical stack and apply development patterns through your work.
• Engage in your first on-call rotation in Support Engineering to help diagnose and resolve production problems and customer issues
• Individually contribute reliably ship full features to customers.
• Estimate technical scope and time to complete major features and initiatives.

WITHIN 6 MONTHS, YOU'LL

• Move to new product vertical & initiative and start designing scalable frontend systems.
• Have made a visible impact on the product for all the users of Finly.
• Work closely with your team to remove roadblocks, educate on best practices and improve how we work.
• Be comfortable navigating most of frontend stack and infrastructure
• Be responsible for the planning, scoping, design, and implementation of new features
• Participate in interviewing and hiring, as a way to influence team growth and how our values inform our culture

WITHIN 12 MONTHS, YOU'LL

• Individually contribute and lead teams to reliably ship full improvements to our frontend services
• Define tools and standards for product engineering to measure performance impact of releases
• Drive service reliability by developing tooling that enables metric visibility using SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs
• Developing Production Readiness standards to ensure service reliability
• Help grow other engineers technically by mentoring, pairing and developing other learning opportunities
• Collaborate with engineering and product leadership to define priorities and set delivery goals

Your understanding of front-end technologies, web application dev, system design, will be put to the test. You will take up a project for a team and then move to another project.

Key Qualifications:

5 + years of experience in Software development in multithreaded Java/Python applications

3+ years of UI/UX stack experience (Angular JS/PHP/Javascript)

Extensive experience in coding and debugging Java applications and deployment

Should have experience/exposure to Apache Tomcat, JBOSS, SOAP, REST, Maven, Spring framework, hibernate, Kafka, Zookeeper, DHCP, DNS, SNMP

Extensive experience with MySQL and various NoSQL Databases like MongoDB, Elasticsearch

Modelling languages like Netconf, Restconf, Yang,Tosca, Yaml, XML

Skilled in data center, networking, Linux and cloud technologies especially IaaS

Understanding of the ETSI NFV architecture stack

2+ experience with SDN technologies

2+ experience with OpenStack, Kubernetes or other container orchestration platform

Agile programming methodologies

DevOps - CI/ CD experience with Git, Gerritt, Jenkins

Experience contributing to and working with open source communities like ONAP, ONF
