Position Overview: Front-End Developer (Next.js)

We are seeking an experienced Front-End Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Next.js and React.js. The ideal candidate will build and maintain scalable, responsive web applications using modern front-end technologies and best practices in performance, SEO, and rendering techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive, scalable web applications using React.js and Next.js
• Implement CSR, SSR, and SSG using Next.js best practices
• Build reusable, modular UI components following clean front-end architecture
• Integrate and manage REST APIs for data retrieval, caching, and error handling (React Query or similar)
• Optimize applications for performance, SEO, and accessibility
• Collaborate with backend engineers and UI/UX designers to deliver high-quality user interfaces
• Debug, test, and document code to ensure maintainability and scalability

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Next.js fundamentals (routing, rendering techniques, API routes)
• Proficiency with React Hooks and understanding of component lifecycle
• Solid experience integrating REST APIs and handling errors effectively
• Familiarity with state management libraries such as React Query, Redux, or Zustand
• Strong skills in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
• 7–10 years of front-end development experience

• Reviewing application requirements and interface designs.
• Identifying web-based user interactions.
• Developing and implementing highly-responsive user interface components using React concepts.
• Writing application interface codes using JavaScript following ReactJS workflows.
• Troubleshooting interface software and debugging application codes.
• Developing and implementing front-end architecture to support user interface concepts.
• Monitoring and improving front-end performance.

• 6 to 9 years of strong design and development experience in building massively large-scale distributed internet systems and products.
• Previous experience working as a React.js Developer.
• In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end languages.
• Strong experience using a client side MVC framework such as NodeJS, ReactJS, or Redux.
• Experience with user interface design.
• Knowledge of performance testing frameworks including Mocha and Jest.
• Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software.
• Experience in responsive design, cross browser compatibility, and website performance.
• Knowledge of frontend CSS frameworks like Bootstrap, Material UI, and preprocessors like SASS and LESS.
• Experience with handling Services, RESTful, APIs (NodeJS preferably).

Qualification: Any Computer (Graduate or Post Graduate)

Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in developing and implementing user interface components using React.js concepts and workflows (Redux, Flux, and Webpack).

Responsibilities:

1. Developing and implementing highly-responsive user interface components using React concepts.
2. Developing and implementing front-end architecture to support user interface concepts.
3. Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
4. Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
5. Monitoring and improving front-end performance.
6. Prepare technical documentation
7. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement design into the code
8. Coach junior team members
9. Implement software enhancements and suggest improvements

Skills Required:

1. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
2. Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
3. Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
4. Preferred to have experience in Javascript, CSS, HTML, and Photoshop (any wireframing tool)
5. Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus
6. Familiarity with RESTful APIs
7. Familiarity with React Native, NodeJS is a plus
8. Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
9. Good communication skills. Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
10. Good understanding of computer science fundamentals - data structures, algorithms, memory management, performance.
11. Enjoys coding and problem solving
12. Familiarity with code versioning tools (such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial)

Salary: Upto 18LPA (Negotiable)

IMMEDIATE JOINING PREFERRED!

1. Good experience in react components, hooks and state.
2. Experiences in the implementation of responsive web layouts
3. Ability to discuss and explain design options.
4. Good experience with HTML5 & CSS3, Bootstrap Good understanding of JavaScript.
5. JavaScript libraries and CSS frameworks are preferred.

• Coding and debugging pure JavaScript, polyglot and multi-lingual applications.
• Working closely with Technical Lead/Project Manager to ensure development timelines are met.
• Contribute with ideas to improve system design or streamline product delivery.
• Working with challenging applications involving Real Time Data.
• Working on different platforms including the usage of the Native SDKs provided on JavaScript.

• Strong experience in developing applications using Javascript and Jquery.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in React.JS is a must.
• Experience in any other Javascript libraries is an added advantage.
• Create different types of Charts and Graphics with the help of HTML5 Canvas, SVG etc.
• Should possess understanding of UI design and its behavior across devices (desktops to smart phones).
• Good to have worked with APIs exposed by social media sites like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc.
• Experience in working with data structures such as XML and JSON.
• Added knowledge of mobile development frameworks like jQuery Mobile is an added advantage.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Should be a self-starter and should have the ability to work under pressure.
• Should be passionate about sports.

Responsibilities:

• Build React Native apps from scratch that'll be used globally.
• Architect App infrastructure systems like caching, state manager, common validation framework, etc.
• Launch the apps in different app stores like Apple, Google, etc.
• Create custom reusable Component Library
• Create data visualizations like charts, tables, dashboards, etc.
• Write well tested, beautiful, performant and bug free code.
• Thrive in a collaborative team environment and work with challenging timelines.
• Establish and advocate front-end coding guidelines.
• Mentor team members and help resolve any critical blockers.

Requirements:

• A self-driven, hard-working Frontend engineer with an eye for detail.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science
• Minimum 4 years of overall experience with expertise in working in React Native, Redux and TypeScript
• Strong understanding and knowledge of Styling
• Experience in writing native code for Android and iOS
• Strong debugging skills for Android and iOS.
• Experience in launching apps in various App Stores.
• Experience with GraphQL is a plus.
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
