*Roles & Respon*ibilities:*

* Utilize various recruitment platforms for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates.Prepare HR documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and ne* hire guides.

* Organize and maintain personnel records in compliance with company policies and lega* requirements.

* Regularly update and maintain internal HR databases.Develop and manage training materials and onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration o* new employees.

* Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to*final selection.

* Manage payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with*company policies.

* Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for management an* senior employees.

* Facilitate effective internal communications*across departments.

* Oversee IT-related issues and support for HR-related technology sy*tems.

*Requirements:*

* Minimum 1 year of experience in H*man Resource Management.

* Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Ex*el, PowerPoint, Outlook).

About the role:

→ Generalist role with primary focus on product management and growth, plus additional responsibilities across other functions (everything the founders do)

→ Please apply only if you are willing to work in an early-stage startup - where it gets chaotic, hectic, and is often unpredictable.

About Often

At Often we're building the vertical AI stack for travel. We're on a mission to leverage AI to unlock new use cases and help people take better trips more often.

Despite significant effort, travelers usually only explore a small fraction of possible travel combinations and lose ₹50,000 in possible savings on every trip. Our AI tool, Trippy, accesses real-time travel supply from over 600 sources and optimizes trip combinations to uncover hidden savings and upgrades. Trippy has helped a couple travelling to Thailand save ₹33,000, a group travelling to Maasai Mara ₹85,000, and more than 500 other travellers, all by making small adjustments to their trip.

Your primary role will be the implementation of the application for either desktop or mobile devices with a focus on performance. With your understanding of AngularJS  / React JS best practices you will create modules and components with which you architect the application. You will take existing design and front-end templates and enhance them with CSS animations and implement idiomatic markup. You will team up with the back-end developers to connect to.

Responsibilities

• Building, optimising and maintaining front-end web apps
• Maintaining high performance and compatibility across platforms and devices
• Writing tested, idiomatic, and documented JavaScript, HTML and CSS
• Understanding what is needed for a smooth workflow between yourself, the front-end developers and designers

Qualifications

React Native Developer Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain high-quality React Native applications using clean code.
• Use additional JavaScript libraries, such as Redux, to make asynchronous API calls and enhance website loading speed.
• Implement pixel-perfect user interfaces that match designs.
• Diagnose and repair bugs and performance bottlenecks for native-like performance.
• Reach out to the open source community to encourage and assist in implementing mission-critical software fixes—React Native moves quickly and frequently breaks things.
• Participate in sprint retrospectives and daily standups as well as two-week sprints.
• Utilize new, contemporary, smooth animations and transitions to provide a great user experience.
• Plan the data and presentation layers of the application's front end.

React Native Developer Requirements

• Bachelor's/Degree Master's in Computer Science/Information Technology plus 3+ years of industry experience.
• Extensive knowledge of React tools such as Webpack, Enzyme, React.js, Flux, and Redux.
• Strong command of the JavaScript, TypeScript, or ClojureScript languages and their nuances, including ES6+ syntax.
• REST API knowledge, the document request model, and offline storage.
• Ability to identify with FullStack clients' goals and commit to delivering on the promises you and your team make to them.
• You work well in groups and enjoy working in the office with your coworkers.
• A positive outlook and a go-getter attitude
