As our Customer Support Generalist, you’ll be responsible for:

 Supporting our internal Customer Experience Team by fulfilling Partner Requests

 Uploading settings in Bulk for our Partners

 Assisting in Property Management System Migrations

 Adding newly translated articles to our Help Center and updating existing articles

 Collaborating cross-functionally to share and learn from best practices

 Assisting our Customer Success team to prep for Executive Business Reviews

 Assisting our Customer Success team with Booking Reviews

 Providing thoughtful, empathetic, and personalized email communication postimplementation

 Be ready to assist other areas of the business as needed

Now that we’ve told you what the job looks like, here are the qualifications we're looking

for in a candidate:

 1+ years of experience working in Customer Support or Service

 Willing and able to work in the CEST Time Zone

 Fluent in Spanish

 Strong communication skill and experience communicating difficult, technical

concepts in a professional and thoughtful way

 An empathetic approach with the ability to understand customer pain points and

genuine desire to help our internal team resolve issues

 A drive to identify creative ways to improve the customer experience and don’t

hesitate to suggest new, out-of-the-box ideas

 The desire to dive into issues and understand what is going on beneath the surface.

You know when something is over your head and are not afraid to ask for help

 Experience balancing multiple tasks and customer needs simultaneously. Ability to

prioritize your workday independently

 Ability to handle working in a fast-paced work environment

 Experience working with software or the ability to learn a wide variety of tools.

 Clear, concise, and effective written and oral communication skills.

 Familiarity with Property Management Systems and/or the vacation rental market

 Advanced Excel knowledge ex. Data matching, Vlookups, etc.

• Working knowledge of setting up and running HD insight applications
• Hands on experience in Spark, Scala & Hive
• Hands on experience in ADF – Azure Data Factory
• Hands on experience in Big Data & Hadoop ECO Systems
•  Exposure to Azure Service categories like PaaS components and IaaS subscriptions
• Ability to Design, Develop ingestion & processing frame work for ETL applications
• Hands on experience in powershell scripting, deployment on Azure
• Experience in performance tuning and memory configuration
• Should be adaptable to learn & work on new technologies
• Should have Communication Good written and spoken

• Experience as a SAP Consultant with at least one end-to-end SAP implementation project.

• Hands on experience in the requirements gathering/ fit-gap, design/blueprinting and configuration/customization phase of SAP transformation programs.

• Deep understanding of business processes as well as good knowledge of technical issues in the area of financial modules.

• Very good command of English.

• Team management and project management skills as an asset.

The role, in a nutshell

As a Frontend Developer at FFZ, you will be part of our core development team, and will have complete ownership of our frontend application. You will bring  concepts / user stories to life with ReactJS/Next.JS, HTML and CSS and an opportunity to create highly responsive web designs that work across multiple platforms and browsers. 

What you’ll do at FFZ

• Bring concepts / user stories to life with ReactJS/Next.JS , HTML and CSS
• Create highly responsive web designs that work across multiple platforms and browsers.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and implement them.
• Explore and implement SEO best practices

Who you are

• At least 2 years of experience working on Typescript/JavaScript, React/React Native
• Experience / willingness in working with Next.js
• Experience with front-end development tools, build tools and versioning tools.
• Ability to write clean code, necessary tests and ensure high code quality.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and services
• Understanding / familiarity with web security concepts.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Flutter (preferred) or any other cross-platform development tool
• Experience developing mobile applications.
