
Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and sales-oriented Front Desk Executive to manage the reception area and actively sell gym memberships. The role involves greeting members, handling inquiries, converting walk-ins into members, and ensuring timely membership renewals while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist members, walk-in clients, and visitors in a professional manner
- Explain gym facilities, services, pricing, and membership plans to prospective clients
- Actively sell new gym memberships and achieve monthly sales targets
- Follow up with existing members for membership renewals
- Handle membership registrations, renewals, and documentation
- Maintain accurate records of members, payments, and enquiries
- Answer phone calls, respond to queries, and handle appointment scheduling
- Coordinate with trainers and management regarding member requirements
- Handle cash/card payments and issue receipts
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming
- Address member concerns and escalate issues when required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
- 1–2 years of experience in front desk, customer service, or sales (gym/fitness industry preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to close deals
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, billing software)
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance
