Key Responsibilities

• Craft and execute digital marketing strategies across channels like SEO, PPC, email, social media, content, and paid media—aligned with business objectives.
• Analyze and optimize campaign performance using metrics-driven insights via tools like Google Analytics, adjusting approaches to maximize ROI.
• Manage cross-channel campaigns, curating product mailers newsletters & other creative for overall enhancement of brand & brand building..

·      Manage the following : KPIs, Customer acquisition Cost , Email open & click rates, Conversion rates, Social Media Engagement & growth, Campaign ROI, Customer Retention rate.

• Conduct market research, audience profiling, and competitive analysis to uncover new opportunities and inform messaging.
• Stay current with emerging trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing to maintain innovative initiatives.
• Report insights to stakeholders—highlighting performance, identifying bottlenecks, and proposing strategic optimizations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Certifications in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, or analytics are a plus.
• Experience: Typically 2–4+ years in digital marketing, with proven success in strategic campaign management.
• Technical Know‑How: Familiarity with SEO, SEM, PPC, CMS, email marketing tools; basic comfort with HTML/CSS or design tools is beneficial.
• Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional verbal and written skills, adept at aligning with external partners.
• Project Management: Strong organization, multitasking, and ability to deliver on deadlines across multiple campaigns.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Client acquisition & Grievance Handling. Explain Trading Strategies, Company Terms, and Market Risk to the Clients.

1. As a part of ISA ERP development team Develop, test and implement scalable, maintainable, well documented, high-quality MVC / Web Application for Manufacturing or service industry.

Role & Responsibility

As a Backend Developer, You will be involved in all aspects of development playing a critical role in the design, planning, development, and deployment and help develop best practices for future development. You will be working closely with Tech, Design and Quality team to build and launch the product.

• Code, develop, design and architect features related to the existing application. We expect you to own modules end to end and take pride in the work products you ship
