SEO Manager

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving client acquisition, managing client relationships, preparing business proposals, reviewing and negotiating agreements, and ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and clients. The role requires strong communication, legal understanding of agreements, negotiation skills, and the ability to analyze client profitability.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Law, or related field (MBA Preferred).

• 3–6 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in background verification or service-based industries.

• Strong understanding of contract drafting, legal terms, and negotiation processes.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple clients and work under deadlines.

• Strong analytical skills with experience in profitability analysis.

Job Details

• Experience: 2-5 years

• Work Location: ATS Bouquet, Sector 132, Noida
• Work Week: Monday-Saturday, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
• Reports To: Creative Lead / Head of Content
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Photography, Film or related field (or equivalent professional portfolio)

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot photo and video content for social, marketing, events and product
• Plan shoot concepts, mood boards and shot lists with the content team
• Manage equipment, lighting and on-location setups independently
• Perform basic editing and color grading before handoff to editors
• Capture authentic behind-the-scenes and event content on the fly
• Maintain an organized, well-tagged media library for the team
• Travel to shoot locations and adapt to changing shoot conditions
• Bring creative ideas to the table, not just execute briefs
• Coordinate with talent, vendors and locations for shoot logistics
• Ensure consistent visual quality and brand style across all captured content

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 2-5 years of professional photography/videography experience
• Own or reliable access to professional camera and lighting gear
• Strong portfolio spanning both photo and video work
• Basic editing skills in Lightroom/Photoshop and Premiere Pro

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Drone operation experience and license
• Experience shooting for D2C/e-commerce product catalogs
• Studio lighting setup expertise

• Strong hands-on code development experience in JAVA 14+, Restful Service, Spring Boot, JDBC Template.
• Experience in SQL scripting
• Experienced in developing and deploying web applications using Spring MVC and Spring boot.
•  Hands on experience in one of the IDE’s – Eclipse or IntelliJ
• Experience with Tools- Maven, Jenkins
• Experience in entire software development life cycle from analysis, coding, testing, debugging and publishing using GIT
•  AWS Services will be an added advantage

• Define software requirements for embedded software applications
• writing software requirements (SWE.1) requirements using DOORS.  Includes requirements analysis from systems requirements or customer requirement documents.
• Participate in software development processes such as requirements capture, analysis, linking software requirements to system requirements and architecture, customer specifications.
• Software requirements development, flow-down and management, traceability using DOORS or equivalent requirements capture tool.
• Work within ASPICE process objectives, achievement of ASPICE levels and supporting audits

• Be responsible for all development aspects form design to production of a wide hybrid/ cloud naitive product 
• Write high quality, testable and efficient code in Java and Go
• Initiate and promote new ideas for continuous improvement of the product functionality
• Work closely with other team members as well as mentoring new team members

• 5+ years of software development experience
• Proven deep knowledge of Java or Go
• Deep understanding of relational databases, concurrent programming and performance tuning
• Vast experience with large scale production environments 
• Experience with micro services architecture, multithreading
• Familiarity with Cloud infrastructure, Docker, Kubernetes & CI/CD
• Disciplined approach to testing and quality assurance
