About the role
We are looking to hire a recruiter who should be experienced and motivated that can help source and hire for top-funded companies globally.
Ideal candidate is a high-energy, strong communicator with a knack for engaging experienced professionals.

Responsibilities 

• Responsible for End to End Recruitment (Sourcing, screening of profiles, scheduling of interviews).
• Responsible for understanding and analyzing the requirements in different technical skill set categories.
• Creative sourcing methods like Linked-In, internal database, referrals, head-hunting, and networking.
• Take steps to ensure a positive candidate experience
• Willing to take challenges in Recruitment & closing the demands on time.

• The ideal candidate should have the zeal to grow in the technical Recruitment world.
• Must have IT recruitment/Non-IT hiring experience and expertise in Screening, shortlisting, negotiation and coordinating with the Recruitment process.
• Experience in working on Job Portals is mandatory
• Experience in full-cycle Recruiting, Sourcing
• Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
• Aggressive and talented professionals with excellent communication skills.

• has hands-on experience with creating/working on scalable applications in Nodejs using various frameworks like Express, Hapi, Fastify, etc and can structure a fairly large codebase properly.
• has been working as a backend developer for 3+ years.
• has great experience working in both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• can extensively test the entirety of the application.
• can convert real-world business challenges into effective technical solutions.
• has experience working with an agile/scrum team.
• can work independently with limited supervision.

*Experience in AWS will be good to have.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop user-friendly, robust, and scalable Flutter/Android/iOS applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to understand requirements and translate them into functional applications.
• Implement clean and efficient code following best practices, coding standards, and design patterns specific to mobile development.
• Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and stability of the applications by conducting thorough testing and debugging.
• Integrate RESTful APIs to fetch and send data from/to the backend servers.
• Work with SQLite or other database technologies to implement data persistence in mobile applications.
• Implement effective UI/UX designs following Material Design guidelines to ensure a smooth and intuitive user experience.
• Collaborate with the team to identify and implement solutions to improve application performance, maintainability, and user engagement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in mobile development and share knowledge with the team.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues reported by users or clients, providing timely and effective solutions.

Skills & Qualifications:

1. At least 4+ years of user interface design experience, designing visual language systems  for digital products and services 
2. Exceptional graphic design skills 
3. Strong and flexible skills in Visual design and Interaction design 
4. A passion for creating products that resonate on an emotional level 
5. Knowledge of user interface design processes and methodology, particularly as applied  to web-based applications 
6. Exceptional design talents with a stylistic breadth that demonstrates sensitivity to the  diverse subject matter—from product interaction to software tools and applications to  the web 
7. Self-motivation, excellent communication, an open mind, the ability to thrive in  multidisciplinary teams, and the skills to balance great design with short deadlines 
8. A love of collaboration and learning 
9. A fearless and positive attitude 
10. Successfully communicate conceptual ideas, detailed design, and design rationale, both  verbally and visually.  
11. Designing pixel-perfect interfaces with high attention to detail.   
12. Bachelor's degree in graphics design, interaction design, fine arts, communication  design or a related design discipline 
13. Can be a self-made designer with a proven track record 
14. Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, and InVision 
15. Experience in designing motion graphics will be helpful  
16. A good understanding of information architecture, interaction design, usability analysis,  and user-centered design.

Coursebook is a SaaS platform which helps educational businesses like Coaching & Training Institutions to Create, Market and Sell video courses Online through Coursebook. We are currently incubated at IIM Bangalore where our whole Team is placed. 

Product 1:

After a few months we choose not to actively develop this product due to a greater need in another Product. 

Product 2: (Main Product)

https://coursebook.us/">Coursebook.us is a SaaS platform where Educational businesses like Coaching and Training institutions can manage their day to day operations like Leads, Marketing, Online Payments, Invoicing, students as well as delivering a great learning experience to their students through Video Courses and LIVE CLASSES.

In short, we help any Freelancer, Universities, Coaching and Training institution to take their complete operations online.

We have different dashboard for Institute Admin (Owner/Director), Branch Manager, Sales Manager, Mentor/Teacher and for the student making our offerings very concrete.
