Role Description

We are looking for a seasoned data leader to design, build, and own enterprise-scale data platforms on Azure. This role goes beyond development — it requires end-to-end accountability for architecture, data pipelines, transformation frameworks, and production readiness.

You will act as the critical link between business stakeholders, data engineering teams, and analytics functions, ensuring scalable and high-performance data solutions are delivered and maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement robust data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF), including integration with REST APIs and external data sources
• Build scalable data transformation workflows using Databricks (PySpark), handling complex and nested JSON datasets
• Architect and implement Delta Lake-based data platforms, including fact and dimension models (star schema)
• Define and enforce best practices for data modeling, performance optimization, and cost efficiency
• Own end-to-end data platform lifecycle — from architecture and deployment to monitoring and operational support
• Establish production readiness frameworks, including logging, alerting, and data quality checks
• Collaborate closely with business and analytics teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Mentor engineering teams and drive architectural governance across projects

Required Experience & Skills:

•        Experience building pipelines with Azure Data Factory

•        Experience connecting to REST API sources using Azure Data Factory

•        Experience building transformations with Databricks using PySpark

•        Experience handling complex nested JSON files using PySpark

•        Experience designing dimensional models/star schema

•        Experience implementing facts and dimension tables in Databricks Delta Lake

•        Around 15-20 years of solid experience in building, managing, and optimizing enterprise data platforms with at least 5 years in Azure cloud data services

•        Act as a bridge between business, data engineering, and analytics teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented correctly

•        Own end-to-end production readiness of the data platform, including architectural design, deployment patterns, monitoring strategy and operational support.

• Own end-to-end delivery of Oracle Fusion application services
• Act as primary contact for client stakeholders for service performance
• Oversee incident, problem, and change management
• Monitor SLA adherence, produce performance dashboards, and ensure governance compliance
• Drive service improvements, resource allocation, and escalation management
• Coordinate offshore/onsite teams and ensure smooth service transition
• 8+ years’ experience in application support/service delivery
• Knowledge of ITIL processes
• Strong analytical, coordination, and reporting skills
• Proven experience in managing application support teams
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills

Roles and Responsibilities:

● Connect daily with 80-100 working professionals on calls accordingly and make prospectives via CRM database provided to every individual.(Minimum 120 minutes of talktime.)

• Own the creation of Sales funnel (Ideal candidate will have to source the websites, create a pool and then get them onboarded for our solution)

• Deep, proven experience developing lifecycle marketing programs / CRM / engagement marketing programs through email, push notifications, SMS, and/or in-app marketing.

This person MUST have:

• B.E Computer Science or equivalent.

• In-depth knowledge of machine learning algorithms and their applications including practical experience with and theoretical understanding of algorithms for classification, regression and clustering.
• Hands-on experience in computer vision and deep learning projects to solve real world problems involving vision tasks such as object detection, Object tracking, instance segmentation, activity detection, depth estimation, optical flow, multi-view geometry, domain adaptation etc.
• Strong understanding of modern and traditional Computer Vision Algorithms.
• Experience in one of the Deep Learning Frameworks / Networks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Darknet(YOLO v4 v5), U-Net, Mask R-CNN, EfficientDet,BERT etc.
• Proficiency with CNN architectures such as ResNet, VGG, UNet, MobileNet, pix2pix, and CycleGAN.
• Experienced user of libraries such as OpenCV, scikit-learn, matplotlib and pandas.
• Ability to transform research articles into working solutions to solve real-world problems.
• High proficiency in Python programming knowledge.
• Familiar with software development practices/pipelines (DevOps- Kubernetes, docker containers, CI/CD tools).
• Strong communication skills.

Location:

Timings:

• 40 hours a week but with 4 hours a day overlapping with the client timezone.  Typically clients are in the California PST Timezone.

- Good understanding of Web/App designing/mockups/wireframing

- Hands on experience of Photoshop, XD, Figma/Webflow or similar designing tools

- Good understanding of designing best practices for website optimization, ui/ux, responsive layout and PWA

- Hands on experience of creating html pages out of design using HTML/CSS/Bootstrap/jQuery

- Ability to write, debug and test scripting languages like JavaScript and jQuery

- Good understanding of designing website as per best practices (ie. benchmarking by GooglePageSpeed/GTMetrix etc.)
