Roles and Responsibilities

Technical Expertise:

Provide advanced technical support to customers and internal teams. Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to software, hardware, or network systems. Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement permanent resolutions. Collaborate with development teams to escalate and resolve product issues. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new technologies and industry trends.

Customer Support:

Act as a point of escalation for critical customer issues. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their technical concerns. Manage and prioritize support tickets and customer inquiries. Ensure timely resolution of customer issues according to service level agreements (SLAs). Provide training and guidance to junior support engineers.

Documentation and Reporting:

Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for knowledge base articles. Create and maintain technical documentation, including FAQs and user guides. Generate regular reports on support activities, issue trends, and resolution metrics.

Quality Assurance:

Conduct quality assurance testing for new software releases or patches. Validate bug fixes and ensure they meet customer requirements. Perform regression testing to identify potential issues before deployment.

Communication Skills:

Communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. Provide regular updates to customers and stakeholders on issue status and resolution. Participate in customer-facing meetings and conference calls as a technical expert. Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving:

Utilize diagnostic tools and resources to analyze technical issues. Develop creative solutions to complex technical problems. Implement temporary workarounds and permanent fixes as necessary.

Compliance and Security:

Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and security best practices. Follow established protocols for handling sensitive customer information.

Required Skill Set:

MS Office, Windows Troubleshooting, ITIL, Basic Networking, Understanding on EDR, DLP Tools, Firewalls, VMware/ Citrix workspace Client setup troubleshooting, Active Directory, Basic Concepts of O365 Exchange admin, Microsoft MDM & Intune, Firewall’s, DLP, EDR, Proxy concepts, Fundamental understanding of ITSM, ITIL, or CMDB.  

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on QA Lead with deep expertise in WebdriverIO, Automation Testing, and Manual Testing using JavaScript and TypeScript. The ideal candidate will lead QA efforts across projects, mentor team members, and ensure product quality across all stages of development.

Key Responsibilities:

> Lead the QA team in planning, designing, and executing test strategies (both automation and manual).

> Build and maintain test automation frameworks using WebdriverIO, JavaScript, and TypeScript. > Ensure thorough testing of web applications across different browsers and devices.

> Identify test requirements and track quality assurance metrics (e.g., defect densities and open defect counts).

> Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Developers, Product Owners, DevOps) to define quality standards.

> Drive continuous improvement in testing strategies and processes. > Review and analyze system specifications and identify areas of risk.

> Prepare detailed test reports and dashboards for leadership visibility.

Required Skills & Experience:

> 8+ years of QA experience with a minimum of 2+ years in a QA Lead role.

> Strong hands-on experience with WebdriverIO for automation testing.

> Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.

> Solid understanding of both Manual and Automation testing practices.

> Experience in CI/CD integration for test automation pipelines.

> Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman or REST Assured is a plus.

> Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

> Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.

✔️ 5+ years of relevant experience in Azure Integration using Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and .NET C#

✔️ Work closely with the Integration Architect. Understand and review requirement with Integration Architect for Biztalk/Foresight/Azure interface integrations.

✔️ Implement (Code in Azure Logic Apps, C#, Azure functions), modify integrations interface as per the interface specification.

✔️ Perform and document unit testing for implemented interfaces.

✔️ Assess and manage risk with leads and discuss possible recommendations.

✔️ Follow best practices, standards, and policies in implementation.

✔️ Perform code review sessions, and follow the coding guidelines.

Job description 

• Provide expertise in Dynamics AX Finance functions.
• Provide in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics AX application and evaluates the customers business processes against the standard Microsoft Dynamics functionality.
• Responsible for documenting the business requirements which express what actions a solution must take and what outcome is expected.
• Taking ownership of the design of bespoke AX solutions, which may include complex integrations or significant module changes or even designing a new module Acting as the translation point between functional and technical teams so that solutions can be developed
• Effectively managing large work streams to stay within scope, meet or exceed project schedule and remain within the approved budget
• Guiding Project Managers and keeping them informed
• Delivering end user training
• Prepare our Managed Services team for the transition to support
• When necessary, collaborates with stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure a comprehensive set of requirements, aligned to business objectives, gaining full understanding of current and future state business processes.
• Collaborate, manage and lead meetings with functional/technical consultants and client/end-users.
• Supports the Microsoft Dynamics AX application to achieve the customers business requirements.
• Facilitate the customers decision-making process and develops the functional design document that will drive the development process (if modifications/customizations are required, either to processes or to the Microsoft Dynamics application).
• Responsible for conducting user acceptance testing and train customer resources to successfully use and maintain the Microsoft Dynamics AX application.

Required Candidate profile 

8+ years of experience as a Subject Matter Expert in Microsoft Dynamics AX, with a focus on either: Finance / T&L /E Commerce/ 

 
5+ years of experience developing functional specifications for Dynamics AX enhancements and integrations with atleast 2 full lifecycle implementations. 

 
6+ years of experience with setup, configuration, implementation, integration and testing of AX solutions using best practices implementation methodology and/or Microsoft Sure Step methodology

• Play an integral part in managing E-commerce project and planned website release from inception to completion
• Shift our current Shopify website to magento
• Create accurate development and support tickets and instruct and manage the relationship with the external development team.
• Work closely with our Ecommerce platform provider on areas such as site performance, site speed, infrastructure, and new product releases.
• Working with website monitoring and testing tools to ensure the website is performing optimally at all times.
