Job Overview

IndiWork Software Solutions Pvt. Limited is seeking a passionate and committed Mid-Level Senior Digital Marketing professional to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis. The position is based out of Mohali, with work extending to Chandigarh, Ambala, and Patiala. The ideal candidate will possess proven expertise in digital marketing strategies and tools, contributing significantly to our mission of delivering scalable solutions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven expertise in SEO/SEM to drive site traffic and improve search rankings (Mandatory skill).
• In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics for monitoring web traffic and generating insights (Mandatory skill).
• Proficiency with Email Marketing Platforms to create, send, and evaluate email campaigns (Mandatory skill).
• Experience using Content Management Systems for updating and managing site content effectively.
• Strong capability in Social Media Marketing to increase brand awareness and engage with customers.
• Ability to conduct thorough Data Analysis to assess campaign performance and optimize marketing strategies.
• Expertise in setting up and managing Pay-Per-Click Advertising to maximize reach and investment return.
• Familiarity with Marketing Automation Tools to streamline marketing processes and campaigns.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance online presence and lead generation.

1. Very good understanding of airline Crew and Ops business processes
2. Experience in UAT and SIT testing including on-site customer interactions (added advantage).
3. Strong business/testing skills – Use case review, Test case creation (Interface, Functional and UAT and End to End ) , review and execution
4. Basic knowledge of SQL, UNIX
5. Experience in API/Interfaces testing
6. Experience with any of the defect tracking systems.
7. Exposure in using selenium Test Automation tool is added advantage

Senior .Net Developer (Angular and .Net Technologies) 

Job Responsibility: 

• As a Senior .Net Developer, should be able designs, modifies, develops, writes and implements software programming applications and components. 
   

Should have: - 

• Experience in SDLC. 
• Enhance existing systems by analyzing business objectives, preparing an action plan and identifying areas for modification and improvement. 
• Strong Knowledge in Angular 8 & .Net Technologies (.Net Core, MVC, Entity Framework, etc.). 
• Should have experience in writing optimize SQL queries, stored procedure, triggers. 
• Write clean, scalable code using .NET, programming languages including ASP. Net, MVC, LINQ, Entity Framework, XSL, Web Services, jQuery & Ajax, WCF, SOAP, JSON, SQL Server, SSRS, HTML5 and CSS3, Bootstrap 

• Test and deploy applications and systems 
• Should have experience in Application security standards (owasp top 10). 
• Revise, update, refactor and debug code. 
• Expert in Reporting software and RDLC Report. 
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as TFS. 

• Understanding of Agile methodologies 
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills

We are looking for Inside Sales Manager who will be responsible for business lead generation by emailing, cold calling and build relationships with existing and prospective clients in order to garner their interest and convert them into qualified leads.

As Inside Sales Manager at Applicate, you’ll be responsible for generating new prospects by interacting with target customer.

• Generating new leads & Meeting Sales goals by cold calling, email marketing etc.
• Develops new accounts by researching and identifying potential leads, soliciting new business, building connections.
• Diligent follow-ups with inbound leads supported by subsequent email communications
• Route qualified leads to outside sales team by initiating appointments
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
• Maintain strong MIS of all leads and accounts
• Have a strong eye for research and ability to scout for new prospects, identify the key players in an industry and gather interest
• Keeps product knowledge up to date by studying item descriptions and participating in ongoing training

• Min 1 years of experience in Similar Role and domain.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal as well excellent listening skills too.
• Bachelor’s Degree in sales or business, information technology, or related field (MBA preferred)
• Good hands on in excel (Mail merge, data entry etc.) and other office products.
• A self-starter. A tenacious individual that is not afraid of taking new initiatives and sometimes rejection.
• Talking & Meeting is second nature for you. Your day will consist of high volume calling/ meeting/ e-mailing.
• Strong understanding of sales cycle
