Job Overview:

We are looking for a target-oriented Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of small and mid-sized business clients at MyOperator. The primary responsibility of this role is to drive revenue through renewals, expansions, cross-sell and up-sell, while ensuring high customer satisfaction and minimal churn.

The ideal candidate will take complete ownership of assigned accounts, act as a trusted advisor to clients, and work closely with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

Requirements:

Job Description:

The Finance Head is a senior executive responsible for overseeing all financial activities within an organization. This role typically reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) or Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and plays a crucial role in guiding the financial strategy and decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts aligned with organizational objectives. Conduct financial analysis to assess performance, identify risks, and opportunities for improvement.
