We want someone with expertise of PHP, good communication & Interpersonal skills, ownership of the job, zeal to learn and grow every day and a passion to make a strong impression wherever he/ she works. We are based in Andheri East, Mumbai. It will be a work from an office job, with a complete freehand, fun-filled politics-free environment, supportive culture and immense chance of growth. There are two open profiles, one senior and one mid-level, both for PHP Developers.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate across different teams to understand project requirements and user needs.

2. Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to make informed design decisions.

3. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and

mobile applications.

4. Design intuitive user interfaces that optimise user interaction and

experience.

5. Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency

across platforms.

6. Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing results, and industry best practices.

7. Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to

continuously improve design processes and outcomes.

8. Communicate design ideas, concepts, and rationale effectively to the

team members directly involved in the project as well as the clients.

Requirements:

1. 4-7 years proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.

2. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.

3. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best

practices.

4. Experience with user research techniques, usability testing, and user

interface prototyping.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

6. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively in a team environment.

7. Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and meet project deadlines in a

fast-paced

• Implementing world-class Enginerring practices for all the product development teams at WeCP. Ensure these are evangelized and followed.
• Build and maintain SDLC across all of our development and deployment environments: developer, QA, to our production.
• Envision, implement and rollout best development and devops tooling and automation for all of our services.

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in engineering with mentoring or leading a team
• Hands-on experience with Nodejs, Angular and AWS is mandatory.
• Tech stack: MEAN, AWS, JavaScript, Docker, SRS
• Experience  Dockerizing existing web applications
• Setting up alerts and monitoring for system infrastructure
• Monitoring system and application health and optimising the cost
• Experience with security, threat modeling, penetration testing, static analysis

RESPONSIBILITIES:-

 As a  Business   Development  Manager   working under   FMCG   segments, an ideal candidate must perform the following responsibilities:

·      Approaching  potential  leads  a  close  them  within  a  stipulated  time  frame.

·      Create  exclusive  distributors,   exclusive super stockist and business associated for the company towards business growth.

·      Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

REQUIREMENTS:

·       Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.

·       Experience in sales, marketing or related field.

·       Strong communication skills.

·       Excellent organisational skills.

 Duties and Responsibilities :

• Automating various tasks in cloud operations, deployment, monitoring, and performance optimization for big data stack.
• Build, release, and configuration management of production systems.
• System troubleshooting and problem-solving across platform and application domains.
• Suggesting architecture improvements, recommending process improvements.
• Evaluate new technology options and vendor products.
• Function well in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment
• Communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organization

Qualifications and Required Skills:

• Overall 3+ years of experience in various software engineering roles.
• 3+ years of experience in building applications and tools in any tech stack, preferably deployed on cloud
• Recent 3 years’ experience must be on Serverless/cloud-native development in AWS (preferred)/Azure
• Expertise in any of the programming languages – (NodeJS or Python preferable)
• Must have hands-on experience in using AWS/Azure - SDK/APIs.
• Must have experience in deploying, releasing, and managing production systems
• MCA or a degree in engineering in Computer Science, IT, or Electronics stream
