Graphic Designer

The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography. This candidate will have experiences in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms. 

Responsibilities

• Interacting with various internal stakeholders to understand their campaign, goals, and desired deliverables
• Turning ideas into a comprehensive creative brief
• Thinking creatively to generate visuals that connect with an audience
• Working with different mediums and identifying the best option for each project
• Understanding of various formats used across various Social Media Platforms
• Using computer-aided design (CAD) and software like InDesign to generate visuals

Job Description

Function: Product → Product Analytics

Responsibilities:

• Assist product managers in the formulation of the company's product strategy using structured data and insights derived from the same
• Conduct research, create business cases and translate them into meaningful problems to solve
• Measure the impact of experiments related to function, analyzing and helping in course correction.
• Recommending product improvements based on analytical findings. Defining new metrics, techniques, and strategies to improve performance.
• Constantly monitor and analyze metrics identified, publish insights/any anomalies along with hypothesis
• Translating business requirements and user requests into effective report and dashboard designs in challenging deadlines.
• Assist with performance tuning of dashboards, and background data queries as needed

Key Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree along with 2+ years experience in product analytics building data sets, reports, and dashboards
• Strong analytics skills and experience in Metabase, Google Analytics, Power BI, or other analytics software
• Proficiency with SQL
• Agile ability to anticipate a need, be responsive and adapt to change
• Strong interpersonal and relationship skills, ability to influence decisions and gain consensus

1) Design clear engaging graphic communications for the app, social media and print - this includes UI/ UX, event webpages, brand promotional items, in-app games, etc. 

2) Illustrates the concept by designing a rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type, size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.

14. Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, and InVision 
15. Experience in designing motion graphics will be helpful  
16. A good understanding of information architecture, interaction design, usability analysis,  and user-centered design.
