As we continue to scale, we are looking to hire a dynamic and results-driven Senior Product Designer to join our growing team at company. You will be playing a key role in building solutions and driving forward the product roadmap. You will be deeply engaged in understanding our customers, prioritizing pain points to solve, converting them into detailed stories, and seeing them through.

- Minimum 4-6 years in a Product Design or similar role (UX/UI Design).

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor and triage IT Helpdesk requests through the Ticketing system and escalation Slack Channel and Emails

- Strong Knowledge of Google Suite, Atlassian, and Okta administration
- Strong Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Google Script, etc)
