Key responsibilities

• Experience – 3 to 8 years of experience.
• Experience in Core Java and Spring Boot.
• Extensive experience in developing enterprise-scale applications and systems. Should possess good architectural knowledge and be aware of enterprise application design patterns.
• Should have the ability to analyze, design, develop and test complex, low-latency client facing applications.
• Good development experience with RDBMS
• Good knowledge of multi-threading and high-performance server-side development.
• Basic working knowledge of Unix/Linux.
• Excellent problem solving and coding skills.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
• Should have the ability to express their design ideas and thoughts.

What your day job looks like at Hub:

·        Making Strategies and Planning

·        Execution and Optimization for Paid campaigns across social media platforms

·        Creating Performance reports & review deck for clients

·        Understanding the projects and client’s requirements & deliver accordingly.

What you’ll bring:

·        Should be able to multitask and handle multiple clients at one time

·        Hands on experience in social media advertising and ad creation & optimization 

·        Active interest in digital, Paid media, planning, strategizing, web analytics and other aspects of performance marketing.

·        Team Management

Minimum qualifications:

·        4-6 years of Experience of running paid social campaigns

·        In-depth knowledge of social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Snapchat etc.)

·        Have created Media plans for client briefs

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·        Proficiency in MS-Office and Social Media Management Tools like SocialFlow, Sprinklr, etc.

Job description:

A team player who has operational and order processing knowledge of Mutual Funds, IPO, NCDs, SGB, NCD etc. The role demands for TAT based working, teamwork, follow up with RTAs & AMCs for internal & external client’s query. The role requires good command over excel and MIS.

Requirement / Desired Skills:

• Mutual Funds operational Knowledge, Order Processing flow with BSE Star MF
• IPO Operational and order processing knowledge.
• Adapt at Excel to work on reports and provide required MIS whenever required.
• Good written and verbal communication skills specially in English

What you need to have:

• 7+ years of full-time work experience after completing an undergraduate degree
• At least 2+ years of experience in engineering management experience.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, and/or Azure technologies including serverless
• You know what high-quality code — and software engineering processes — look like and know how to foster an environment that creates them.
• Execution focused with an ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Ability to do both long-term thinking and short-term planning.
• Experience creating, delivering, and operating multi-tenanted, distributed systems at scale.
• Experience leading 5+ engineers is preferred.
