Job Description

• Lead the design and implementation of efficient data solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of the clients.
• Design and optimise data architectures following standards and best practices.
• Provide technical leadership to architects, analysts and developers guiding them in the development of high-quality data solutions following best practices.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, tools and platforms to support data architecture initiatives.
• Enforce data governance standards, data quality controls and best practices to maintain the accuracy, reliability and security of the data.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, data privacy, security policies and requirements in Data Management.
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and provide guidance.
• Drive initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Create and maintain comprehensive design documentation to support Project implementation and knowledge transfer.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Contribute to proposals and sales efforts

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Technical Responsibilities:

• Conduct or design prototyping and bench testing

• Conduct problem solving, identify potential solutions, and evaluate them against component and sub-system requirements

• Conduct research and studies to support product design

• Translate design inputs to engineering specifications and produce component and sub-system level designs

• Code development time/resource estimation to support projects

• Design new components applying various design concepts

• Generate and review the necessary documents with project teams (requirements, design, architecture, bugs, test)

Business Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate advanced understanding of customer needs and design inputs

• Demonstrate proficiency with product’s intended use and clinical procedures

Mandatory Skills:

Technical Skills:

• Highly skilled in C++, OOP, Object-Oriented Design and Analysis, Multithreading (POSIX), and TCP/IP communication.
• Knowledge of application programming with embedded systems, including communication over SPI, I2C, CAN, and FPGA (highly desirable).
• Expert-level knowledge of algorithms and data structures.

• Handle the inbound interest received by Marquee
• Get the inbound leads to setup an online demo with us
• Conduct a small research on the prospect’s company and background prior to the demo to conduct a smooth sales call
• Conduct online demos with the prospects and turn them into paying customers
• Ensure that the product demo is neat and organized
• Work with the prospects to understand their needs and pitch them the right Marquee product to solve their problems
• Manage on-going relationships with customers
• Run strategic follow ups (Calls/texts/emails) on the prospects to get in maximum sales
• Strive to achieve the sales targets
• Work with our Founder on strategic alliances - potentially travelling to various financial centers globally
