Role Overview:

• As a Fashion Consultant for our Pretline brand, you will serve as a trusted style advisor to our HNI and UHNI clientele, offering bespoke fashion guidance and delivering an exceptional luxury experience.
• This role requires a deep understanding of craftsmanship, client psychology, and brand storytelling.
• You will be the bridge between our creative atelier and the client’s vision, ensuring every creation reflects the brand’s artistry and heritage.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one, elevated styling consultations to VIP and couture clients in line with the brand’s aesthetic and standards.
• Guide clients through the couture selection, design, and customization process with discretion, empathy, and expertise.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with UHNWIs, celebrities, and global tastemakers, ensuring personalized service and loyalty.
• Collaborate closely with atelier, design, and production teams to ensure each custom order aligns perfectly with client expectations.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of current collections, archival pieces, and relevant fashion history.
• Proactively engage clients through seasonal previews, trunk shows, private appointments, and exclusive pre-orders.

Key Qualifications:

We are looking for a young, dynamic, and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead brand building and marketing campaigns

The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with fresh, out-of-the-box ideas and strong experience in fashion/apparel marketing, retail marketing, digital marketing, and brand building.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and strengthen the brand identity across retail, digital, and outdoor touchpoints • Conceptualize, plan, and execute marketing campaigns to drive footfall, engagement, and brand recall • Develop creative and cost-efficient marketing initiatives, including organic social media, partnerships, in-store activations, and influencer collaborations • Plan and execute marketing initiatives that directly contribute to retail sales growth across EBOs, MBOs, and department stores • Manage the brand's digital and social media presence, including content calendars, social platforms, e-commerce marketing, and online presence • Track campaign performance, ROI, and sales impact and continuously optimize marketing spends • Work closely with Retail, Sales, and Design teams to align marketing initiatives with business priorities and new collection launches • Monitor competitor activity, fashion trends, market developments, and consumer preferences to keep campaigns relevant

Position: Fashion Designer – Men’s Shirts

Location: Gurgaon – PTC

Experience: 7–8 Years

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Fashion Designer – Men’s Shirts with strong experience in domestic fashion brands. The candidate will be responsible for seasonal design research, concept development, garment design, sampling, tech packs, and providing design support through production.

Key Responsibilities

Concept & Design Research

Conduct design and trend research for upcoming seasons.

Study market trends, customer preferences and competitor brands.

Conduct market visits for design intelligence and competitive analysis.

Design & Product Development

Develop creative concepts and designs for men’s shirts.

Create sampling tech packs and design specifications.

Work on product sampling and ensure timely completion of the range.

Design labels, trims and other product components.

Provide design support for selected styles to ensure timely production handovers.

Sampling & Vendor Coordination

Follow up on sampling placement with in-house teams and external vendors.

Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for timely range completion.

Review samples and suggest necessary design/construction changes.

Fit & Garment Construction

Work on fit-related changes based on market requirements.

Ensure proper understanding of garment construction.

Support pattern making and garment construction activities.

Commercial & Market Understanding

Monitor sell-through to understand product performance.

Use market and sales insights to improve product design and collections.

Track competitive brands and identify emerging design opportunities.

Qualification & Mandatory Skills

Graduate in Fashion Design (FD) from NIFT / Pearl Academy preferred.

7–8 years of relevant experience in domestic fashion brands.

Must have strong experience in designing men’s shirts.

Strong technical knowledge of shirt fabrics and garment construction.

Good knowledge of pattern making and garment construction.

Proficiency in design software:

Strong understanding of tech packs, sampling, labels and trims.

Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
