Position Title: Technical Writer

Role Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Technical Writer who will be responsible for creating, curating, and maintaining high-quality technical documentation for our products, APIs, integrations, and deployment guides. The ideal candidate will collaborate with engineering, product, QA, and customer support teams to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly content for internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

●    Create and maintain detailed technical documentation including:

○    API guides (Swagger/OpenAPI)

○    Product manuals

○    Integration documents

○    Deployment & configuration guides

○    Architecture diagrams and functional flows

●    Collaborate with engineering and product teams to understand features, flows, and business logic

●    Coordinate with SMEs (developers, QA, infra) to extract technical insights

●    Own version control of documents for each release or sprint

●    Maintain documentation repository (e.g., Confluence, GitHub, Notion)

●    Ensure all customer-facing documents are reviewed and approved before release

●    Translate engineering JIRA tickets and release notes into readable, structured release documentation

●    Align documentation structure with ISO/Infosec and compliance audit requirements

●    Proofread and review documents for grammar, formatting, and consistency

●    Create templates and documentation standards to be followed across teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

●    3–5 years of experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in software, fintech, or BFSI

●    Strong command of English language (grammar, structure, clarity)

●    Experience in creating API documentation (Swagger/OpenAPI/Postman)

●    Proficiency in documentation tools like MS Word, Confluence, Markdown, Google Docs, etc.

●    Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile

●    Ability to read/understand code snippets and translate technical details clearly

●    Ability to handle multiple priorities

●    Familiarity with versioning tools (Git), JIRA, and RESTful APIs

●    Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Communication, Engineering, or related field

Nice to Have

●    Experience in documenting cloud-based SaaS systems

●    Exposure to fintech/banking APIs and workflows

●    Knowledge of JSON, YAML, and Postman collections

●    Working knowledge of video-based documentation or walkthroughs

Job Title: QA Automation Engineer

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in Java automation testing
• Expertise in Selenium for web application automation
• Experience with BDD frameworks using Cucumber (feature files and step definitions)
• Hands-on experience in API automation using Rest Assured
• Working knowledge of Python automation scripting
• Experience with Robot Framework for test automation
• Ability to design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks
• Experience in test execution, reporting, and defect tracking
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

What You’ll Do:

• Own the Organic Growth Engine. Build innovative strategies that drive not only traffic but meaningful revenue by connecting search intent with business value.

• Execute a High-Intent Content Strategy. Move beyond generic content and identify high-value commercial keywords that drive qualified leads and user acquisition.

• Deliver Technical Excellence. Work closely with Engineering to ensure our site architecture, performance (Core Web Vitals), and crawlability become a true competitive advantage.

• Scale Authority. Lead smart, white-hat link-building and digital PR initiatives to enhance Domain Authority and overall brand visibility.

• Drive Data-Backed Experimentation. Continuously test and refine titles, meta descriptions, and content formats to improve CTRs and search rankings.

• Conduct Competitive Gap Analysis. Monitor industry trends and competitor movements, and identify opportunities to outperform them.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Develop and maintain high-quality Android applications using Kotlin programming language.
• Design, build and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable code.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Android development using Java and Kotlin.
• Strong knowledge of Android SDK, Android UI design principles, and Material Design.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and XML.
• Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications.
• Understanding of code versioning tools such as Git.
• Familiarity with continuous integration.
• Good understanding of object-oriented programming, software design patterns and algorithms.

• Participating in design discussions, documentation, and development with the team as needed.

• Participating in requirement gatherings as required.

• At least 3 years of proven experience of working as a software developer, out of which at least 2 years must be spent in a solid back end role
• Be able to write clean, maintainable code which others can work on
• Familiarity with RDBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases, web servers (e.g. Apache) and UI/UX design
• Experience in taking a problem to a product solution (module/product) from scratch - a proven record of shipping on time and budget
• You've worked with startups before and understand the fast-paced, dynamic nature of work

Professional Requirements:

• 2-8 Years professional development experience.
• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree, preferably in CS, or equivalent experience.
• Good understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Good understanding of high level and low-level design of distributed systems.
• Experience coding in any one of the following Java or Nodejs.
• Experience building highly available distributed systems on cloud infrastructure will be plus.
• Exposure to architectural pattern of a large, high-scale web application.

Requirement/responsibilities: To take a project from scoping requirements through launch of the project. Ownership of product/feature end-to-end for all phases from the development to the production. Ensuring the developed features are scalable and highly available with no quality concerns. Work closely with senior engineers for refining the and implementation. Management and execution against project plans and delivery commitments. Participate in design and code reviews.

Role and Responsibilities:

• The candidate must be keenly expert in JavaScript (ES6), React JS (Functional React- React with Hooks).
• Must be well aware of the JS concepts like promises, async-await, callback, fetch, and array methods like map, filter, reduce.
