Jr Frontend Developer

We are looking for a skilled react.js developer to join our front-end development team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing user interface components using React.js concepts. You will also be responsible for profiling and improving front-end performance and documenting our front-end codebase.

 

React.js Developer Responsibilities:

1. Reviewing application requirements and interface designs.
   
2. Identifying web-based user interactions.
   
3. Developing and implementing highly responsive user interface components using react concepts.
   
4. Writing application interface codes using JavaScript following react.js workflows.
   
5. Troubleshooting interface software and debugging application codes.

React.js Developer Requirements:

1. Previous experience working as a react.js developer.
   
2. In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end languages.
   
3. Knowledge of REACT tools including React.js, Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux.
   
4. Experience with user interface design.
   
5. Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software.
   
6. Excellent troubleshooting skills.
   
7. Good project management skills.

Work closely with design, product management and development teams to create elegant, usable, responsive and interactive interfaces across multiple devices. Turning UI/UX designs into prototypes, creating awesome interactions from designs, writing reusable content modules and maintainability of the code. Implement UI development principles to ensure that the product client-side serves atscale. Review and optimize the app usage by monitoring key metrics and rectifying the issues proactively. An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment and bring in optimal flow for rapidly changing design/ technology.

We’re looking Front End Engineering lead, into the personalization team to play active leadership role in delivering user interface for retailers to manage their product recommendations and consumer personalization.  This person will Design, implement and deployment of intuitive applications in the areas of personalization, analytics and marketing automation.  Person will own and defines the standards and process in Front End engineering, inspire teams in creating intuitive, simple and performant user interfaces.
 
Candidate should be willing provide technical leadership and mentoring to a small team of highly talented and motivated engineers to deliver these solutions with highest quality.
 
Ideal candidate is full stack developer, understands familiar with each layer with ability to set the UI strategy for the product and execute the roadmap, build teams.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

• Strong experience in Information Architecture and UI Design experience in delivering concepts, wire frames, prototypes, and compelling visual experiences.
• Possess the knowledge of the Graphic Design, Usability and ability to apply strategic thinking to deliver exceptional end to end user experience
• Expert understanding of strong Standards Based HTML Development as also strong JavaScript and JS libraries / UI Frameworks like Prototype.js, DHTMLX, ExtJS, JQuery (one Framework at the least is a must)
• Strong experience in Vue.JS/Backbone.JS or similar.
• Strong in CSS and AJAX / XML / XSLT / DOM / JSON
• Should have fundamental understanding of JavaScript - OOPs
• Understand Cross Browser issues and client side cookie
• Would expect the successful candidate to be highly proficient in Web Standards including W3C and WCAG

Desired background & skills

• 3-9 years of experience as an engineer at top tier digital product companies across consumer or SMB. 
• 3+ years of experience in working on front end JS frameworks like React/Angular/Vue
• Excellent knowledge of working with responsive and adaptive designs. Expert in HTML5, JAVAScript, JQuery & CSS. Basic knowledge of SEO.
• Experience of design collaboration tools such as Zeplin, Figma, XD, Invision. 
• Bonus if either you’re a full stack developer with knowledge of the back end or have experience with cross-platform mobile technologies such as React Native or Flutter.

Magento development that includes complex catalog/pricing structure; multi-channel support based design exposure. At least 2 project implementation of building brand new sites(not support maintenance or bug fixes) Must possess good understanding of Magentos overall architecture, design-related system configuration and theming components. Strong Experience with the LAMP stack, MVC and OOPS. Good knowledge of relational databases, version control tools and of developing web services Clear understanding on different editions of Magento(Community/Enterprise). Working knowledge of front end web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery etc. Must have ability to develop Magento Modules and Customization, Extension Development. Experience working with third-party Magento extensions. Integrating Magentos E-Commerce functionality seamlessly with other back-end systems Experience with Magento Theme Customization and Scalability of Magento systems would be an advantage. Understanding of cloud concepts would be plus.
