Export Logistics Executive

We’re looking for a Campaign Manager with hands-on experience using tools like Instantly, Clay, and Smartlead to build and scale cold outreach or lead generation campaigns that convert.

🔧 Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize outbound email campaigns using Instantly and/or Smartlead
• Use Clay to enrich lead data and personalize at scale
• Build and maintain lead lists, automate workflows, and monitor deliverability
• A/B test subject lines, messaging, and sequences to improve response rates
• Monitor KPIs like open rate, reply rate, positive response rate, and booked calls
• Collaborate with copywriters, sales teams, and growth teams to align on messaging
• Maintain a clean, segmented, and up-to-date lead database
• Generate reports and insights to inform campaign strategies
• Stay ahead of industry trends and new tools in the outreach/growth space

✅ Requirements

• 1–3+ years experience in cold email outreach, outbound marketing, or growth hacking
• Proficiency in Instantly, Clay, and Smartlead (or similar tools like Lemlist, Apollo, etc.)
• Strong understanding of email deliverability, personalization, and cold outreach best practices
• Experience working with B2B SaaS or service-based businesses preferred
• Solid grasp of sales funnels and lead gen workflows
• Analytical mindset with ability to derive insights from metrics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Experience with LinkedIn automation tools or multi-channel outreach
• Knowledge of Zapier, Make (Integromat), or other automation platforms

Senior Developer should have exposure to building logistics products.

Skilled in RESTful & GraphQL APIs, microservices, and database optimization (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

• Experienced in authentication (OAuth, JWT), caching (Redis, Memcached), and real-time applications (WebSockets).

• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, Azure).

• Passionate about scalability, performance tuning, security best practices, and clean code architecture.

• Experience in Front end language and frameworks. JavaScript, must be an expert in one of the front end frameworks (ex: React) (2+)
