About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Analytics Engineer to design, develop, and optimize scalable data models and analytics solutions that drive business decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SQL, dbt, data modeling, data quality, and modern analytics engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and maintain scalable data warehouse models, data marts, and analytical datasets.
• Build and optimize data transformation pipelines using SQL and dbt.
• Develop high-performance SQL queries using CTEs, Window Functions, Complex Joins, and Analytical Functions.
• Implement data quality checks, testing frameworks, and governance best practices.
• Manage end-to-end analytics development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment.
• Work with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and version control best practices.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver reliable analytics solutions.
• Troubleshoot and optimize data pipelines, models, and query performance.

Required Skills :

• 6+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or related roles.
• Strong expertise in SQL and query performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience with dbt (Data Build Tool).
• Strong understanding of data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, and software development best practices.
• Knowledge of data quality frameworks, testing, and validation techniques.

Strong Enterprise Data Modeller profile (Modern Data Platforms)

Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 7+ years of experience in Data Modeling or Enterprise Data Architecture, with strong hands-on expertise in designing conceptual, logical, and physical data models for enterprise data platforms

Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have Strong hands-on experience with enterprise data modeling tools such as Erwin, ER/Studio, PowerDesigner, SQLDBM, or similar enterprise data modeling tools

Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must have Deep understanding of dimensional modeling (Kimball / Inmon methodologies), normalization techniques, and schema design for modern data warehouse environments.

Mandatory (Experience 4) – Proven experience designing data models for modern data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, Dremio, or similar cloud data warehouse / lakehouse systems.

Mandatory (Experience 5) – Must have strong SQL expertise and schema design skills, with the ability to validate data model implementations and collaborate closely with data engineering teams

Mandatory (Education) – Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.

2. Strong experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines in cloud-native environments.

3. Hands-on with NATS for event-driven architecture and streaming.

4. Skilled in microservices, RESTful APIs, and containerized app performance optimization.

5. Strong in problem-solving, team collaboration, clean code practices, and continuous learning.

6.  Proficient in Java (Spring Boot) and Python (Flask) for building scalable applications and APIs.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Collaborate with Data Scientists to test and scale new algorithms through pilots and later industrialize the solutions at scale to the comprehensive fashion network of the Group

• Influence, build and maintain the large-scale data infrastructure required for the AI projects, and integrate with external IT infrastructure/service to provide an e2e solution

• Leverage an understanding of software architecture and software design patterns to write scalable, maintainable, well-designed and future-proof code

• Design, develop and maintain the framework for the analytical pipeline

• Develop common components to address pain points in machine learning projects, like model lifecycle management, feature store and data quality evaluation

• Provide input and help implement framework and tools to improve data quality

• Work in cross-functional agile teams of highly skilled software/machine learning engineers, data scientists, designers, product managers and others to build the AI ecosystem within the Group

• Deliver on time, demonstrating a strong commitment to deliver on the team mission and agreed backlog

• 0-1 years of experience with CAD, CAM preferred

• Geo-magic and dental software preferred

SDE-II (FE)

Responsibilities

• Gather functional requirements from product management/UX teams and translate requirements into technical specifications to build robust, scalable, supportable solutions
• Serve as technical lead throughout the full development lifecycle, end-to-end, from scoping, planning, conception, design, implementation and testing, to documentation, delivery and maintenance. 
• Provide design reviews for other engineers, including feedback on architecture and design issues, as well as integration and performance. 
• Manage resources on multiple technical projects and ensure schedules, milestones, and priorities are compatible with technology and business goals.
• Develop new user-facing features
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability

Requirements

• Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3
• Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS
• Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery

• Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
