Strong written/verbal communication skills

·       Minimum 5+ Years of Core Java Programming with Collections Framework, Concurrent Programming, Multi-threading (Good knowledge in Executor service, Fork joins pool and other threading concepts)

·       Good knowledge of the JVM with an understanding of performance and memory optimization.

·       Extensive and expert programming experience in JAVA programming language (strong OO skills preferred).

·       Excellent knowledge on collections like, Array List, Vector, LinkedList, HashMap, Hash Table, HashSet is mandate.

·       Exercised exemplary development practices including design specification, coding standards, unit testing, and code-reviews.

·       Expert level understanding of Object-Oriented Concepts and Data Structures

·       Good experience in Database (Sybase, Oracle or SQL Server) like indexing (clustered, non-clustered), hashing, segmenting, data types like clob / blob, views (materialized), replication, constraints, functions, triggers, procedures etc.

You will get hands-on experience in polyglot programming to build solutions and write tests to ensure quality code. (We primarily work on Java, typescript/node, and golang). If you build it, you will own it, i.e . you will be generating metrics, track improvements, and bug fixes for features that are built and shipped by you.

We need multiple MERN stack developers. As a full stack developer, you will be producing scalable software solutions and will be involved in the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment. Responsibilities   

• Handle end to end recruitment cycle for the open positions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in HR, Business Management, Statistics or related field
• 2 to 3 years of experience in technology recruitment with high success ratio
• Possessing good understanding of recruitment cycle in a product organization
• Good knowledge of enterprise technologies and SaaS market
• Good screening skills along with strong judgement on the behavioral skills to evaluate the candidate’s technical fitment and alignment with LogiNext’s cultural values
• Ability to take ownership, understand the requirements of positions and prosper in a fast-paced recruitment environment
