Job Overview

As a software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in leading our development efforts, ensuring best practices, and supporting the team on a day-to-day basis. This role requires deep technical knowledge, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to guiding the team in tackling challenging issues. You will work primarily with .NET Core on the backend while also keeping a strategic focus on product security, DevOps, quality assurance, and cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Forward-Looking Product Development:

o Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align on the technical

direction, scalability, and maintainability of the product.

o Proactively consider and address security, performance, and scalability

requirements during development.

• Cloud and Infrastructure: Leverage Microsoft Azure for cloud infrastructure,
• ensuring efficient and secure use of cloud services. Work closely with DevOps to
• improve deployment processes.
• DevOps & CI/CD: Support the setup and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines, enabling
• smooth and frequent deployments. Collaborate with the DevOps team to automate and
• optimize the development process.
• Technical Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and support to team members,
• helping them solve day-to-day challenges, enhance code quality, and adopt best
• practices.
• Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA to ensure thorough testing, automated testing
• coverage, and overall product quality.
• Product Security: Actively implement and promote security best practices to protect
• data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Documentation & Code Reviews: Promote good coding practices, conduct code
• reviews, and maintain clear documentation.
• Qualifications

• Technical Skills:

o Strong experience with .NET Core for backend development and RESTful API

design.

o Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services, including but not limited

to VMs, databases, application gateways, and user management.

o Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, particularly CI/CD pipeline

configuration and deployment automation.

o Strong knowledge of product security best practices and experience implementing secure coding practices.

o Familiarity with QA processes and automated testing tools is a plus.

o Ability to support team members in solving technical challenges and sharing

knowledge effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on .NET Core
• Previous experience as a Staff SE, tech lead, or in a similar hands-on tech role.

Responsibilities:

Basic Qualifications

● Experience: 4+ years.

● Hands-on development experience in backend, Java, SprintBoot, Hibernate, SQL, MongoDB, Jenkins, Microservices etc...

● Server-side development experience mainly in JAVA.

● Passion for software engineering and follow the best coding concepts. ● Good to great problem solving and communication skills.

● Experience in working with cross-border, distributed teams is a must.

• Coordinating the involvement of additional departments (cross functional), including sales, customer service and management resources if necessary, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations
• Meeting assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in the partner accounts
• Proactively assessing, clarifying, and validating partner needs on an ongoing basis
• Identifying, advising and assisting in implementing new or improved products, processes and procedures
• Leading solution development efforts that best address merchant and partner needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary departments
• Identifying key new partners and securing the relationship
• Taking care of all commercial and contractual negotiations with the partners
• Closing partnership agreements while properly balancing company goals, speed, and economic potential in delivering actual results
• Ensuring efficient and effective boarding and implementation of new partners, working closely with the partner’s sales and technical organization

• MBA with Minimum 3 yrs+ proven track record in partner relationship management or Key Accounts Management
• Alliance or Lending experience is a plus
• Ability to articulate complex issues clearly to partners, management and internal departments

Key Responsibilities:

• You will be acting as part of a team to develop software solutions using Scrum methodology in 2-week sprints.
• Turn user stories, feature requests and defect reports into quality software changes for our customers.
• Develop software solutions by conferring with product owners, understanding system behavior, and proposing solutions while following the software development lifecycle.
• Design, develop, modify, implement, and support software components anywhere in the software stack.
• Determine root cause for the most complex software issues and develop practical, efficient, and permanent technical solutions.
• Remain current on new technologies and available vendor packages. Evaluate and make recommendations as necessary.
• Participate in Scrum development process and work towards continually improving the process.
• Determine process improvements, best practices, and develop new processes.

Ideal Experience:

• Extensive experience in design, development and testing of web-based enterprise systems using .NET technologies.
• Experience with Azure Cloud technologies and SaaS product development.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

• The ability to work well with a team of motivated, smart people

Roles and responsibilities

• Responsible for solving the most complex and seemingly impossible problems related to variety of dimensions of software engineering. Dealing with Big Data to Complex Data Structures, From Inter Process Communication to sub 100 MilliSec server responses, From Distributed Systems to 99.999 Availability.
• Responsible for providing technical leadership to a team of 3-4 Engineers
• Responsible to drive delivery of a project/module and report to Product Owner
• Responsible for functional/technical tracking of a project/module
