Role Overview :

We are looking for experienced and hands-on Lead Microsoft Dynamics CRM Professionals to join our team. The ideal candidates should have a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development with solid experience in leading teams, conducting code reviews, and designing technical solutions.

Mandatory Skills :

• Minimum 7+ Years of total IT experience with at least 5+ Years of relevant experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Hands-on experience with :

• .NET Development
• Plugin Development
• JavaScript
• Power Automate
• Power Pages and Canvas App Development.
• Proven technical leadership experience with team handling, code reviews, and technical design/solutioning.

Good to Have :

• Exposure to Azure technologies such as Logic Apps and Azure Functions.

A Staff Engineer at CAW is a technical and people leader responsible for end-to-end project delivery and the growth of engineers. You own technical design (LLDs), contribute to HLD discussions, lead execution, ensure engineering best practices, and act as the primary technical point of contact for clients. The core requirements for the job include the following:

Technical Expertise:

• In-depth knowledge of C#. NET languages and the DotNet Core Web API Framework.
• Strong SQL skills: complex queries, stored procedures, functions; PostgreSQL or SQL Server proficiency.

IT Infrastructure & System Administration
