Summary: We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will craft visually appealing and engaging designs for our mobile application's, website, digital ads, social media platforms. You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to create content that resonates with our audience and enhances the app's brand identity. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative assets, including posts, stories, reels, and ad banners, that align with the brand's voice and style guidelines.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute campaigns that drive engagement and user growth.
• Create high-quality illustrations, animations, and icons for both social media and in-app use.
• Stay updated with social media design trends and apply them innovatively to increase the app's visibility.
• Optimize graphics for different platforms, ensuring consistency in quality and style.
• Work on video editing and motion graphics for short-form content when required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in social media or mobile applications.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma.
• Proficiency in AI tools such as Chatgpt & midjourney to create assets.
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media graphics, illustrations, and campaign designs.
• Ability to work with brand guidelines while bringing a creative edge to designs.
• Experience in motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors in fine arts/Design ( Preferred specialization in Graphic/digital design)
• Experience working with a tech startup or mobile app is a plus.

2. Client Consultation: Conduct detailed consultations with clients to understand their goals, preferences, and financial considerations. Provide expert advice on real estate market trends and investment opportunities.

3. Property Presentation: Showcase available properties to clients, emphasizing key features and benefits. Provide comprehensive information about the properties, including legal aspects and potential returns on investment

10. Compliance and Legal Understanding: - Stay informed about real estate laws, regulations, and legal requirements. - Ensure that all real estate transactions comply with legal standards and regulations.

11. Negotiation Skills: - Negotiate favorable terms and conditions for clients during real estate transactions.

12. Market Promotion: - Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote available properties and generate interest from potential buyers or investors. - Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials.

13. Reporting and Analysis: - Prepare regular reports on client interactions, transactions, and market trends. - Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and strategic adjustments

• Add HTML5 and CSS3 scripting to improve the User Interface thereby providing a better user experience

• Prepare Test cases/reports. Perform Unit , Peer and System Testing on the same
• Inspect / Debug the code logic using the browser developer tools
