We are seeking a talented and experienced Engineering Lead to join our Team. As the Engineering Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving the technical direction of our mobile app development, focusing on iOS and ReactJS technologies. You will lead a small team of software engineers and work closely with the product and design teams to deliver innovative and high-quality mobile applications. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technologist with a passion for startups, possesses strong leadership skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of software engineers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support throughout the software development lifecycle
• Set clear objectives and performance expectations for the team members, and regularly assess and review their performance
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and define the technical roadmap for mobile app development projects.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team, assisting with architectural decisions, code reviews, and problem-solving.
• Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality mobile applications by managing resources, setting realistic project timelines, and resolving any obstacles or bottlenecks.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in mobile app development, iOS, and ReactJS technologies, and identify opportunities to leverage new tools and frameworks.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging knowledge sharing, adopting best practices, and promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as QA, DevOps, and UX/UI, to ensure seamless integration and deployment of mobile applications.
• Act as a point of contact for technical discussions, representing the team in meetings with stakeholders and upper management.
• Identify and address any technical or performance-related issues, working closely with the team to resolve them and ensure the stability and scalability of the mobile applications.

• Responsible for providing L1/L2 technical enablement to company customers/partners for any product issues 
• Ensure that the customer issues are managed within target Service Level Agreements (SLA) and all the incoming technical and product inquiries are responded to, in a timely, professional and effective manner. 
• Participate in solution development and publications for the company knowledge base resources 
• Report common user issues, suggest product improvements and convey important product feedback 
• Formulate action plans (technical and operational) for analyzing and resolving reported product issues 
• Stay updated on all product features- current, new & in the pipeline. Work closely with the Product 

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Comes with 2 to 6 years of Technical & Customer-Facing experience, preferably in a System Engineer, Technical Support, or Product Support role 
• Preferably someone from Engineering / MCA background
• Possesses thorough knowledge of Javascript, CSS & HTML 
• Gets a thrill in solving everyday problems. 
• That zeal to not let go of a customer without a solution. 
• Demonstrates impeccable communication and interpersonal skills, and the confidence to work directly with senior executives from large enterprise companies   
• Flexible to align with customers from the North American (9 PM to 6 AM), European (1 to 10 PM), or A&Z (6 AM to 3 PM) time zones, on a rotational basis 

We are looking for a bright and exceptional Engineering Manager to join our Hyderabad based Technology team. The role involves building complex next generation product used by our clients and architecting solutions to support new technical and business initiatives.

What you’ll do: • Manage, design, execute and take complete responsibility for the delivery and maintenance of software projects/products • Help the team translate the business requirements into R&D tasks • Work with business groups to outline project deliverables and manage the roadmap of the R&D tasks • Work with Technical Relationship managers to understand the client initiated R&D requests • Act as a point of contact for managing and driving production defects to resolution • Tailor processes to help manage time-sensitive issues and bring them to appropriate closure • Engage and manage team of highly talented technologists, and aid in them grow professionally with regular mentoring

What you’ll need: • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with 8+ years of experience, fintech domain is a plus • Demonstrated track record of end-to-end delivery of enterprise-grade software • Strong technology acumen, knowledge of software engineering process, design knowledge and architecture intelligence • Superior project management skills to ensure high-quality and timely solution delivery

• Attention to detail and quality, and the ability to work well in and across teams • Ability to advocate & influence multiple stakeholders • Excellent analytical and reasoning skills • Ability to learn new domains and deliver output • Experience leading a team of highly skilled engineers • Strong communication skills
