Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with Design Projects: Support the team in producing visual assets for digital and print campaigns, web graphics, and social media.
• Web Graphics Creation: Learn to design web-friendly assets like banners, infographics, and responsive images optimized for performance and interactivity on various platforms.
• Basic AI Tools Integration: Learn to use AI tools like Photoshop’s Generative Fill, MidJourney, or RunwayML to enhance design workflows and gain experience with AI-assisted creativity.
• Video Editing and Motion Graphics: Assist in basic video editing using Premiere Pro and create simple animations in After Effects.
• UI/UX Collaboration: Work with the web design team to understand how your graphics will be integrated into web layouts and interactive elements.

Main Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Indesign.
• Interest in learning AI-powered design tools like Canva AI, Figma Plugins, or Generative Fill in Photoshop.
• Basic understanding of After Effects and Premiere Pro is a plus.

Bonus Skills (Plus Point if you know):

• Experience with FCP (Final Cut Pro) or other video editing tools.
• Knowledge of basic CSS animations or SVG graphics for web design.
• Exposure to Figma, Sketch.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in graphic design, web design, or a related field.
• A portfolio of personal or academic projects demonstrating creativity and a willingness to explore web design and AI tools.

• Own the month on month GMV growth for your portfolio of large B2B customers end to end
• Spearhead acquisition and addition of enterprise level educators to your portfolio end to end
• Ensure top-line & bottom-line target completions for your category

- Translate designs and wireframes into high quality code

- Design, build, and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable Java code

Skills

- Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services

- Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices

- Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning

- Ability to design applications around natural user interfaces, such as “touch”

About the job
