About the role

We're looking for a tech lead to set the technical direction for a growing team and raise the bar for everyone around them. This is a hands-on leadership role: you'll still write production code, but your largest impact comes through architecture, mentorship, and the standards you instill. You own outcomes for a team, not just your own commits.

You'll work on cloud software that helps technical teams collaborate and move faster: an established, in-production product that real customers rely on every day.
