Job Description:
--5+ Years overall hands-on testing experience
--5+ years’ Experience in writing SQL queries and good knowledge in database structures.
--5+ years’ experience in testing API driven systems using tools like Swagger and Postman
--5+ years’ experience to interact across various teams (Onsite/Offshore)
--Proven expertise in engineering best practices in, functional and non-functional testing
--Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
--Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
--Must know how to estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities and identify,
record, document thoroughly and track bugs.

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated QA Tester with 4-7 years of experience to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through comprehensive testing, defect reporting, and collaboration with the development team.
Key Responsibilities
● Test Planning: Assist in the creation of test plans and test cases based on project requirements and specifications.
● Manual Testing: Execute manual testing of web and mobile applications to identify defects, inconsistencies, and usability issues.
● Regression Testing: Conduct regression testing to ensure that new features or changes do not negatively impact existing functionality.
● Functional Testing: Perform functional testing to verify that software meets specified requirements and performs as expected.
● Compatibility Testing: Verify software compatibility across different browsers, devices, and operating systems.
● Performance Testing: Assist in the execution of performance tests to identify bottlenecks and assess system responsiveness.
● Defect Reporting: Document and track defects, issues, and enhancement requests using bug tracking tools.

Qualifications & Expertise required:

- Around 3-6 years experience in Manual testing complex applications
- Should be able to follow the defined test plan/strategy and perform test execution and report defects/track to closure
- Should be able to grasp the complex business domain fast and be agile in supporting the Product releases
- Experience using at least one defect management tool – JIRA, HP ALM, ADO etc.
- Software lifecycle management skills: understand the application development tasks and plan testing
This person MUST have:
- BE Computer Science, MCA or equivalent.
- Experience testing IOT devices managed by cloud.
