What You’ll Do
• Provide world-class customer service to both internal and external clients in all
interactions, striving to exceed client expectations.
• Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
within the SLA defined.
• Drive higher NPS through quality and timely resolution of customer issues.
• Coordinate across different departments and follow-up with them to ensure timely
resolution of user service requests.
• Coordinate with other departments to understand internal processes and suggest
changes if required to improve customer service.
• Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
• Ability to handle a high volume of requests in a fast-paced environment
• Explain and educate users about Grip’s offerings and its benefits
• Enable RMs manage and nurture relationship with existing and potential investor
• Other duties as assigned
Your Superpowers
• Bachelor’s degree
• Have an understanding of the wealth segment and product offerings (3-5 years’ work
experience in customer service)
• Command on MS Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate with Retail,
HNIs, family office investors would be essential
• Strong phone presence
• Prior experience in financial services industry is preferred
• Should be a team player

What You’ll Do
● Design cloud infrastructure that is secure, scalable, and highly available onAWS
● Work collaboratively with software engineering to define infrastructure and
deploying requirements
● Provision, configure and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure defined as code
● Ensure configuration and compliance with configuration management tools
● Administer and troubleshoot Linux based systems
● Troubleshoot problems across a wide array of services and functional areas
● Build and maintain operational tools for deployment, monitoring, and analysis of AWS
infrastructure and systems
● Perform infrastructure cost analysis and optimization
Your Superpowers
● At least 3-5 years of experience building and maintaining AWS infrastructure
(VPC,EC2, Security Groups, IAM, ECS, CodeDeploy, CloudFront,
S3,RDS,Elasticbeanstalk)
● Strong understanding of how to secure AWS environments and meet
compliance requirements
● Expertise using Chef/Cloudformation/Ansible for configuration management
● Hands-on experience deploying and managing infrastructure with Terraform
● Solid foundation of networking and Linux administration
● Experience with Docker, GitHub, Kubernetes,, ELK and deploying applications onAWS
● Ability to learn/use a wide variety of open source technologies and tools
● Strong bias for action and ownership

- 7+ years of full-time work experience after completing an undergraduate degree
- At least 2+ years of experience in engineering management experience.
- Experience with AWS, GCP, and/or Azure technologies including serverless
- You know what high-quality code — and software engineering processes — look like and know how to foster an environment that creates them.
- Execution focused with an ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Ability to do both long-term thinking and short-term planning.
- Experience creating, delivering, and operating multi-tenanted, distributed systems at scale.
- Experience leading 5+ engineers is preferred.
