ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for a senior brand strategist professional, who can help us deliver innovative strategic directions that benefit our client’s business with measurable results. The candidate should have thorough knowledge and experience in the methods and application of tools to deliver an effective programme. Candidates should have experience with both mass and premium brands as well as FMCG, durables, and service categories.

Experience with digital-first or digitally marketed brands is an advantage that we look forward to.

ROLES & EXPECTATIONS:

• Drive brand and business strategy processes in our firm.
• Thorough practical knowledge and experience in implementing methods, tools and processes with capabilities to handhold teams to deliver at the highest standards.
• Proficient in conducting research programs to uncover customer and user needs, business and market findings, drawing insights for branding, service and CX design for digital and traditional applications.
• Conduct primary and secondary market research in marketing, sales and consumer experience.
• Programming workshops, conducting them and creating a comprehensive outcome report with insights and recommendations.
• Bring an idea to life on a whiteboard, articulate it, create systems and deliver.
• Strong understanding of pan-India markets across a wide range of verticals and categories.

AI based systems design and development, entire pipeline from image/ video ingest, metadata ingest, processing, encoding, transmitting.

We are looking for a competent and detail-driven Costing Engineer Mechanical Engineer with 3+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry preferably sheet metal. The role focuses on accurate costing of components and assemblies made from stainless steel and other materials, ensuring competitive pricing and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze engineering drawings and specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates for sheet metal parts and assemblies.
• Evaluate raw materials, laser cutting, bending, welding, powder coating, and assembly, punching, deep drawing, TIG welding, buffing/polishing costs.
• Collaborate closely with production, procurement/purchase and design teams for costing inputs and feasibility analysis.
• Analyse cost variances and suggest cost optimization strategies.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for material pricing and rate negotiations.
• Support the sales team by providing costing details for RFQs and pricing decisions. Maintain and update costing records using ERP tools.
• Assist in budgeting and pricing strategies for new and existing products.

Qualifications and Skills:

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in costing within the sheet metal/stainless steel manufacturing domain.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and shop floor operations.
• Experience with costing software and MS Excel
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and BOMs.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and coordination skills.
• Positive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings (AutoCAD/SolidWorks).
• Knowledge of fabrication processes shearing, punching, bending, welding, powder coating.
• Good negotiation and vendor management skills.

We are looking for a Node.js Developer responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and the users. Your primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, definition, and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your co-workers into the application. Therefore, a basic understanding of front-end technologies is necessary as well.

• Candidates located in Kerala are preferred.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong proficiency with JavaScript, React, and Redux

• Knowledge of Node.js and frameworks available for it(particularly Express,Loopback)

• Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds

• Good understanding of server-side templating languages

• Good understanding of server-side CSS preprocessors

• Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, and CSS3

• User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments

• Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system

• Understanding Cloud based application deployment.

• Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application

• Segment our users by deeply understanding our clients and end users. You will talk regularly to users and prospects and draw qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Define and execute the SEM & performance marketing strategy. It will include work like demand generation, landing pages, keywords research, Ad copies, competition research & analytics.
• Work closely with a range of cross-functional teams - product, design, marketing, and sales to craft highly effective, data driven campaigns on Google Adwords, Linkedin & Facebook.
• Understand and analyze campaigns regularly and optimize the CTR, CPL & CPA.
