Working closely with Sr. Director-PS and Consulting and Globally with Solution Design Team, he/she will be responsible for success of the CAST product deployment with the assigned clients.

This success will be in part measured by the ability of deployed CAST solution to support the client in analysis of a wide variety of their applications developed in diverse technologies that are prevalent in a typical software house.

He/She should be able to mentor and coach customer team members in deploying and running CAST solution, prepare action plans based on CAST analysis results, help customers in realizing business benefits of CAST implementation in a time-bound manner and prioritize activities in an ever changing, dynamic landscape.

He/she will need to focus efforts to establish a value measurement program to track and identify business value for identified projects to use a template approach to drive value in engagement the clients involved and thereby, help support sales teams in renewals and expansions of the contracts that they support.

Requirements:

•Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 10+ years of applied experience.

•Proficient in coding in one or more languages like Java, Spring & Spring Boot.

•Hands-on experience in AWS/Azure/GCP specifically ECS/EKS, Lambda, SQS, SNS, API Gateway, Step functions, storage services or similar skills

•Experience working in Kafka, Cassandra/NoSQL, relational databases and front end technologies like React or similar skills

Duties/ Responsibilities:

The Program Manager will be responsible for 

• Effective implementation of program across 6 centers with regard to learner satisfaction,learning outcomes and parent satisfaction

• End to end training in content,learning system,operations and implementation

• Ensuring venue readiness in terms of room setup,material availability etc before the program starts and act as single point of contact for venue partner,parents and learners

• Coordinating kitting ,packing and transportation of materials to and from venues.

• Creating,Updating and maintaining a learner and parent database across all venues

• Creating schedules across venues and communicate the same to facilitators,parents,learners

• Rescheduling of classes at venues as required

• Observing the classrooms and documenting the observations for mentoring facilitators

• Conduct meetings with facilitators and teams to discuss the observations from classroom observation

• Collecting data/feedback from facilitators,learners,parents and classroom observations and loop it back to  Leo & Mike team for appropriate interventions in content and program improvement

• Initiating appropriate interventions wherever required with respect to learner and parent issues
