Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable backend services using Python and/or Golang

Develop and maintain clean and scalable code following best practices

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 2+ years of hands-on experience in software development using MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have 1+ years of frontend development experience with React.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+);

Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have experience with Next.js (SSR/SSG, API routes, Server Actions)

Mandatory (Experience 4): Hands-on experience in building RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js

We’re hiring a hands-on Full-Stack Developer to join as our first technical hire and help turn our operational edge into scalable software. You’ll work directly with the founding team to:

* Build internal and guest-facing tools in React

* Develop a Node.js backend to power core workflows

* Integrate with property management software APIs (e.g., Guesty, Hostaway, Airbnb)

* Implement and extend functionality using AI APIs like OpenAI (required)
