About the Role:

As our Founder’s Office Intern, you will work directly with the founder across strategy, growth, product, automation, operations, and experiments. This is an internal hacker role. Scope changes with business priorities.

One week you may be improving conversion funnels or building internal automations. Next week you may be working on growth experiments, product workflows, or partner execution. You are expected to think, build, test, and ship.

This is a builder’s role. Part operator, part strategist, part technologist. Fit for someone who wants to become a future business operator or startup leader.

What You’ll Do:

• Work directly with the founder on strategic and operational decisions
• Execute cross functional projects across growth, product, and operations
• Research markets, competitors, and customer behavior
• Design and run growth and acquisition experiments
• Build internal systems, dashboards, and process documents
• Create and improve workflows using AI and automation tools
• Support product and feature rollout tasks
• Coordinate with tech, sales, support, and marketing teams
• Take ownership of ambiguous problems and close them end to end

We’re Looking For:

• Engineering background required, graduate or final year
• Strong technical base with ability to code
• Working knowledge of at least one programming language
• Familiarity with AI tools, AI workflows, or automation platforms
• Comfortable learning new tools and technologies fast
• Not shy to learn new domains outside core training
• Strong written and spoken English
• Presentable and professional communication
• Structured thinking and analytical ability
• High ownership and execution discipline
• Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast paced environment
• Experience in startup projects or hack style builds is an advantage

Technical Expectation:

Job Description:

We are searching for a highly qualified management support executive to work closely with our Management team. He will be responsible for productivity, streamlining strategic initiatives, overseeing program management, and communicating objectives between departments. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a business management role, with a special focus on executive-level advising and inter-departmental collaboration.

Objectives of this Role:

• Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of senior leadership and departmental heads
• Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation
• Review, design and execute on improvements to organisational structure, find knowledge and skills gaps and help address them
• Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity
• Serve as liaison between staff, executives, senior leaders, and Founders, regarding company climate, employee well-being, project updates, proposals, and planning
• Oversee daily operations through collaboration with senior management and department leaders
• Build and develop relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help to define new operational strategies, working with CEO and Executives on special projects.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, handling inquiries and developing action plans to address them, and assisting with the preparation and dissemination of communications
• Assist and communicate with Team Heads in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation
• Ensuring periodic progress tracking and Level 1 problem solving on behalf of founders
• Setting up company wide tracking dashboards
• Analyze it to deliver actionable insights and define key programs
• Assisting founders in investor decks and pitches
• MIS and Analytics for investor pitches

Skills and Qualifications :

- MBA from Tier-1 business school. Technical undergraduate background would be a plus

- Proven experience organizing and directing multiple teams and departments
- Excellent communicator in written and verbal form
- Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity
- Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives

- Experience with budget management
- Consulting experience with a focus on operations management
- Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication

SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER

An SDET is a test professional with advanced programming skills who can create automation testing tools and frameworks to assist the manual testing process.

We are looking for a talented SDET to contribute to and review the creation of a testing suite for production software. The SDET's responsibilities include both software development and testing tasks and focuses on the testability, robustness, and performance of production software.

SDET Responsibilities:

- Understanding the flow of code and how it interacts with different components.

- Understanding project documents, customer demands, and product objectives to create and execute test cases.
- Setting up, maintaining, and performing test automation frameworks on multiple application platforms, such as Mobile, Desktop, and Web, and building test scenarios and acceptance tests.
- Investigating customer problems referred to you by the technical support team, testing bugs, and creating and managing bug reports.
- Handling technical communications and understanding the customers' systems.
- Working with deployments teams, resolving level issues for systems, coordinating on product design, and offering inputs on the testability of functional elements and product designs.
- Noting all testing actions you have performed in daily and weekly reports.
- Analyzing and disintegrating software systems and coordinating with other teams to enhance the overall design.
- Researching test tools, methodologies, and trends and upgrading existing practices and processes.
- Managing the final quality on production release.


SDET Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field. This is optional, but good to have.
- Excellent programming skills with JavaScript.
- Knowledge of any of the following tools or similar. Cypress, Supertest, Chai, Mocha, Jest, Jasmine, Puppeteer, Karma, Playwright
- Knowledge of programming languages and process management methodology.
- Exposure to Behaviour Driven Development and experience in programming and testing.
- The ability to recognize risks and errors in an application.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to keep current with the constantly changing technology industry.
- A passion for testing, development, and software design.
