Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (PM), responsible for owning projects from start to finish. This role would involve managing the client relationship from an initial discovery process, through solution design and delivery, ensuring that deliverables are high-quality, optimally solve the client’s problems, and are delivered on time and on budget. The PM’s goal is to ensure that the end-to-end experience of working exceeds the client’s expectations.

What you will be doing:

• Liaise with clients and other stakeholders involved to determine and document the scope of the project.
• Collaborate with team members to prepare estimations for the project.
• Create project plans from the scope of work after collaborating with the internal team. 
• Regular management of tasks, allocation, prioritization and due dates for smooth execution of the project.
• Plan and execute daily scrum across multiple projects.
• Track project plans to ensure milestones are met on a consistent basis.
• Ensuring the requirement documentation is created properly and managed.
• Communicate project status with management, team members, and other stakeholders on an ongoing basis. Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to the project work plan. 
• Manage changes to the scope, schedule, costs, and timelines for the project.
• Prepare for and facilitate client meetings
• Facilitate clear communication as a single point of contact from the client to the team. 
• Create and maintain project documentation.
• Participate in project retrospectives and work closely with the management team to regularly improve protocols and processes.

Must Haves:

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in an IT Service company with exposure to managing multiple International Projects at a time. .
• Technical Educational background is a must; B.E/BTech. 
• Excellent communicator. You must be fluent in speaking and writing English.
• Skilled in project management and decision making.
• Experience with Agile process and methods.
• Experience in working closely with multiple stakeholders like Designers, Developers, QA Leaders, etc. 
• Ability to collaborate and work with people from different backgrounds/skillset.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications. Experience working with project management tools like JIRA/ Asana / Click Up / Trello
• Requires very little direction.

You Will:

• Designing, Developing and overseeing the strategy and architecture of scalable and reliable AI/ML Ops platforms / pipelines
• Model Deployment: Package and deploy AI/ML services to production, ensuring they are reproducible and interpretable
• CI/CD Pipeline Development: Design and implement automated CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) pipelines to accelerate model deployment using tools
• Infrastructure Management: Provision and optimize infrastructure for training and serving, utilizing Docker, Kubernetes, or serverless platforms
• Monitoring & Observability : Implement post-deployment monitoring for model performance, data drift, and latency using tools. Experience in Monte Carlo is preferable
• Automation: Automate retraining and data pipeline workflows to ensure models stay accurate over time.
• Manage the deployment of foundation models, fine-tuning workflows, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) stacks (Vector DBs, Knowledge Graph. Experience with AWS Bedrock is preferable
• Resource Optimization: Manage GPU/CPU utilization to minimize cloud costs while maintaining low-latency inference for users
• Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, data engineers, and software engineers to bridge the gap between model development and production.
• Version Control & Governance: Manage versioning for data, code, and models using tools like MLflow.
• Security & Compliance: Implementing data security measures, ensuring compliance with data governance policies, and protecting sensitive data
• Technology Evaluation and Innovation: Staying abreast of emerging data technologies and exploring opportunities for innovation to improve the organisation’s data infrastructure
• Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: Diagnosing and resolving complex data-related issues, ensuring the stability and reliability of the data platform
• Perform other duties as assigned

You Have:

• Enterprise SaaS software solutions with high availability and scalability
• Solution handling large scale structured and unstructured data from varied data sources
• Experience in building and maintaining AI/ML Ops platform systems ensuring scalability, reliability, efficiency and security
• Working with Product engineering team to influence designs with data, AI and analytics use cases in mind
• In depth experience in System design, AI/ML Frameworks and tools involving large Petabytes of data with Databricks Lakehouse ecosystem
• AI/MLOps workflows on Databricks , MLFlow, Mosaic AI Agent Framework, Unity Catalog, Vector Search, Knowledge Graph
• Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph for AI/ML Ops pipeline integration
• Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Experience in AWS hosted data platform is preferable
• Programming languages like Python and SQL
• Modern software engineering practices like Kubernetes, CI/CD, IAC tools (Preferably Terraform), Observability, monitoring and alerting
• Solution Cost Optimisations and design to cost
• Legally eligible to work in India on an ongoing basis

We are looking for an energetic and self-starter software developer to join our product development practice as a Senior Software Engineer (SSE).

You will get to work with some of the best and knowledgeable tech talent in the financial world and you will build next generation digital services and platforms that will lead the transformation goals for our customers. You will work closely with the engineering, UX, product and test automation communities, as part of the agile team, to lead product design and development and to help the Digital Service Product Owner to deliver and maximize value.

Key Responsibilities

As a Full-stack Developer

• 8+ year’s professional experience in enterprise software design and development in an N-tier architecture environment;
• Understanding of 12-factor app framework is highly desirable
• Must have experience building web applications using .NET core 3.x (.NET 5.0 is better), Web API, HTML5, React OR other JS-based frameworks like Angular
• Must have experience with tools such as Jira, Github, Confluence (or other wiki), SonarQube (or similar), OWASP ZAP (or similar) and Snyk (or similar)
• Experience with data visualization libraries /framework like D3js, Plotly, HighCharts etc. will be an advantage
• Must have experience with SOA and Web Service standards (REST & JSON/SOAP & WSDL/WS-I Basic Profile), and IIS
• Understand the business requirements from the product owner(s)
• Design and implement the system from scratch & build enhancements, features request using modern application frameworks using C# and React with .NET Core, Web API, AWS services etc.
• Participate in both development & maintenance tasks
• Independently troubleshoot difficult and complex issues on production and other environments

• Must have experience of working in an automated CI/CD environment and with fast moving teams using Scrum/Agile; Experience with AWS and other cloud providers is highly desirable

• Participate in design review and peer code review
• Work collaboratively in a global setting, should be eager to learn new technologies

* Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.

* Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus.
