As an Associate Manager - Customer Success, you are someone who comes with2-3 years of Account Management/Business Development/ problem solving / hustling experience in a high growth internet startup/ technology company. As a technically savvy and results-driven Customer Success Manager, your primary focus will be driving revenue growth, reducing churn, enhancing product value, and supporting pre-sales activities. • Support pre-sales activities, including conducting product demonstrations, presenting technical information, and addressing client inquiries and concerns.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the ad tech space to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 2-5 years of experience on the internet/technology industry (mandatory)
• B.E / B.Tech (IT / CSE / ECE) along with an MBA degree (highly preferred)
• Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to establish trust, foster positive business relationships and credibility with clients.
• Strong technical background with a solid understanding of software products and the ability to quickly grasp new technologies.
• Accountability and personal organisation are essential
• Experience in managing a diverse group and training each according to company standards
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on results and driving revenue growth.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Role: Lead Data Engineer Core

Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end design, development, and delivery of complex cloud-based data pipelines.

Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.

Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of data systems across environments. Provide mentorship and technical leadership to data engineering teams. Define and enforce best practices for data modeling, transformation, and governance.

Optimize data ingestion and transformation frameworks for efficiency and cost management. Contribute to data architecture design and review sessions across projects.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

8+ years of experience in data engineering with proven leadership in designing cloud native data systems.

Strong expertise in Python, SQL, Apache Spark, and at least one cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP). Experience with Big Data, DataLake, DeltaLake, and Lakehouse architectures Proficient in one or more database technologies (e.g. PostgreSQL, Redshift, Snowflake, and NoSQL databases).

Ability to recommend and implement scalable data pipelines Preferred Qualifications: Cloud certification (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, or Terraform. Familiarity with data governance, lineage, and observability tools. Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence data-driven decisions across teams.

Your primary role will be the implementation of the application for either desktop or mobile devices with a focus on performance. With your understanding of AngularJS  / React JS best practices you will create modules and components with which you architect the application. You will take existing design and front-end templates and enhance them with CSS animations and implement idiomatic markup. You will team up with the back-end developers to connect to.
