Job Description: company is seeking a highly skilled and creative Architecture/Interior Design

Specialist with advanced SketchUp modeling experience to join our dynamic design team. The ideal

candidate will have a strong background in architecture or interior design and be proficient in using

SketchUp for creating detailed 3D models, including furniture modeling. Familiarity with SketchUp

plugins is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Create detailed 3D models using SketchUp, including architectural and interior designs.

• Model and design various types of furniture pieces with precision and creativity.

• Collaborate with the design team to translate conceptual ideas into functional and

aesthetically pleasing designs.

• Utilize SketchUp plugins and other relevant tools to enhance modeling efficiency and quality.

• Produce high-quality renderings and visualizations to effectively communicate design

concepts to clients and stakeholders - Optional

• Ensure designs meet company standards, project requirements, and regulatory compliance.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, software updates, and best practices in

SketchUp modeling.

• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

• Support the team in other design-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

• Proven experience with advanced SketchUp modeling, including both architectural and

interior design projects.

• Expertise in furniture modeling using SketchUp; familiarity with various furniture design

styles and materials.

• Experience with SketchUp plugins for enhanced functionality is highly desirable.

• Strong portfolio showcasing previous SketchUp modeling projects.

• Proficiency in other design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

· Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers from provided leads and databases.

· Promote financial products such as personal loans, business loans, insurance and investment solutions.

· Explain product details, benefits, interests rates, and eligibility criteria

· Identify customer requirements and suggest appropriate financial solutions.

· Follow up with the leads and maintain a strong conversion pipeline.

· Achieve assigned sales targets and KPI’S on a daily and monthly basis.

• Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Experience in working with SDLC. Experience in end to end SDLC documentations.
• Experience in Banking/Financial Application.
• Work with outside data sources and APIs
• Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
• Hands-on experience in Web Services
• Excellent programming, unit testing and debugging skills in Mobile Java (Android and Kotlin)
• Good designing skills based on object-oriented design patterns & frameworks
• Basic/core Java/Kotlin/OOPS knowledge and an understanding of Java technologies is mandatory
• Very good exposure in frameworks like Android Architecture, SDK, SDK Development
• Strong Experience in Mobile Application Development Life Cycle
• Experience in Design Patterns MVVM, MVP etc.
• Programming new Android Applications from specifications
• Experience in implementing communication with API servers via web-services using JSON and XML

1. Full-time undergraduate degree or above in computer and related majors

2. More than 3 years of iOS development experience, proficient in OC/Swifit language

3. Have good architecture and interface design capabilities, understand object-oriented design and design patterns, and be able to write high-quality code

4. Understand performance optimization, be familiar with Frameworks-related core libraries, multi-threading, data storage, network communication and other underlying principles

5. Have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, quick learning ability, stress resistance, communication and collaboration skills

6. Proficient in the use of mainstream tripartite frameworks

T4

1. Full-time undergraduate degree or above in computer and related majors

2. More than 5 years of iOS development experience, proficient in OC/Swifit language

3. Have good architecture and interface design capabilities, understand object-oriented design and design patterns, and be able to implement reusable components with high quality

4. Familiar with performance optimization, familiar with Frameworks-related core libraries, multi-threading, data storage, network communication and other underlying principles

5. Have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, quick learning ability, stress resistance, communication and collaboration skills

6. Applicants with experience in large-scale first-line Internet product development will be given priority

7. Applicants with development experience in large-scale project performance optimization, engineering efficiency optimization, cross-platform solutions, etc. will be given priority

8. Be familiar with one or more third-party source codes. You need to be familiar with and understand the design patterns and runtime source codes.
