Job description

• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and stakeholders professionally.
• Manage the front desk, including answering and redirecting calls.
• Schedule appointments and maintain the meeting calendar.
• Handle client inquiries in person and via phone or email.
• Coordinate with internal teams to provide necessary information to clients.
• Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
• Perform administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document management.

Location - Kolkata , Salt lake Sector V 

Shift Time - 6:30am to 3:30pm

Working Days - Monday to Saturday

Requirements - Strong active listening skill and verbal communication

Job Role - We are looking for tele-callers with eagerness to work in the early morning shift and earn handsome incentives. The campaign is pretty simple, we just need to book appointments with Australian customers for free home appliances to be given to them.

There are few specific home appliances that the customers will be getting for free, so we just need to book the time and date of their availability.

Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Benefits: Provident Fund

Schedule: Morning shift - 6:30am to 3:30pm.

Supplemental pay types:

  Performance bonus.

  Yearly bonus.

• BASIC SKILLS:

• Contract length: 12 Month

1. Motivate team to promote/sell professional courses like Data Science, Block chain, PMP, AI/ML, Six Sigma, SCRUM etc
2. Leaders who have catered in U.S, Canada, Malaysia, Singapore and UAE that too into education industry will be highly preferred
3. Building highly optimized team through successful employee engagement and retention, addition to that, also taking care of the growth, development, and goal achievement
4. Optimizing revenue of the organization by meeting weekly/monthly/quarterly targets
5. Leader will be responsible to work on customer success for client retention and satisfaction.
6. Setting of targets for the team to ensure they achieve team goals.
7. Identification & resolution of day-to-day operational challenges
8. Allocate work to team & coordinates resources to meet short-term/long term goals
9. Use of effective tact and diplomacy to exchange information and handle sensitive issues within the team
10. Conduct daily/weekly hurdles to monitor/motivate team
11. Maintaining strong connection/relation with the team to ensure smooth operation
12. Assign work to team members based on their skills, development needs and availability
13. Training team member to ensure every recourse/team member is tuned to perform best tasks as per individual capability and skills.
14. Handle escalation of the client to provide customer success
15. Remains up-to-date on the current trends and issues in customer education, and is familiar with competency frameworks and curriculum development

JD for Below position-

Preferred Technical Expertise-

1. Expertise in front end web application development
2. Solid Understanding of Javascript, JQuery.
3. Experience in HTML, CSS and Bootstrap library is required.
4. Experience with Django Framework.
5. Experience with source code versioning tools such as GIT, Bitbucket etc.

Secondary Skills/Good to have Skills:

1. Experience in developing REST API is a plus.
2. Experience in Python Programming is a plus.
3. Experience in Pandas and Numpy Libraries is a plus.
4. Experience with SQL is a plus.
5. Experience with any cloud platform ( GCP is a plus )

• Demonstrates strong proficiency across the Auto Industry value chain and related best practices. Possess expertise in one or more Functional areas Sales & Aftersales, Logistics, Dealer Management, etc.
• Conversant with more visual, more design-thinking based, and more agile lightweight approaches such as customer personas, customer journeys, service blueprints, story maps, etc
• Experience in agile methodology performing the role of product owner and have worked on at least 1 agile tool (eg. JIRA)
• Conversant with Spoken and Written German and English
• Global exposure to a multi-cultural organization structure                                           

Educational Qualifications:

• B.E./B. Tech/M. Tech. – Mechanical, Instrumentation, Industrial, Communication, Electronics, Comp. Science etc.
• PGDM/MBA – Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing, Finance, IT, etc.
• Any relevant certification will be an added advantage – Six Sigma, APICS, SCOR, PMP, etc.
