6 - 12 years of professional experience with any of the below stacks:

Requirements:

∙Professional experience with JavaScript and associated web technologies (CSS, semantic HTML). 

∙Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal, sufficient for success in a remote and largely asynchronous work environment. 

∙Demonstrated capacity to clearly and concisely communicate about complex technical, architectural, and/or organizational problems and propose thorough iterative solutions. 

∙Experience with performance and optimization problems and a demonstrated ability to both diagnose and prevent these problems. 

∙Comfort working in a highly agile software development process. 

∙Positive and solution-oriented mindset. 

∙Experience owning a project from concept to production, including proposal, discussion, and execution. 

∙Strong sense of ownership with the eagerness to design and deliver significant and impactful technology solutions.

The Business Development role is more than a sales job at Keka. As an early member of the team you will be able to influence and shape the entire sales development process.

Job Description:

As a member of business development team,

·        Your primary responsibility is to ensure the regions sales target is met consistently.

·        You need to deal with startups, SMEs and large enterprises and help them with the right solution.

·        You need to have right attitude and should be a constant hustler.

·        You need to make the region a profit center for the organization.

·        You will be solely responsible for all the business development activities including identifying potential partners, attending industry events and building a network.

·        You need to constantly do competitor analysis, so we position ourselves better in the market.

·        You need to collaborate tightly with senior management & cross functional departments like product team, customer success team to serve customers better.

·        With the help of customer success team, you must ensure that existing clients are retained hence reducing the attrition.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities included but are not limited to:

• Handle Level 1 and Level 2 Telephony, some Network support, and

escalations from Level

• Technical support for phone systems (PBX on-prem and Cloud based), network issues (Internal and ISP), SIP issues etc.

• Understanding of Network Support for Switching, Wireless and routers

• Log tickets and assist end users with technical queries, or escalate to the appropriate team

• Deployment, implementation, and ongoing support of telephony

solutions/systems with assistance of onsite tech team

• Ability to trouble-shoot and partner with other teams remotely for

resolution

• Follow up on outstanding requests and ensure timely resolution

• Involvement in scoping replacement or implementation options for client proposals

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years working in a Help Desk or IT support environment

• 2-3+ years of phone system/PBX experience

• 2-3+ years of SIP experience

• 2-3+ years of Network troubleshooting experience for LAN/WAN

• Some desirable telephony qualifications or experience in any of the

following: Ericsson-LG Aria iPECS, 3CX, Avaya, Cisco Webex, Asterisk

(Training will be provided on major solutions that we use)

• Understanding of networking along with experience in any of the following: HPE Aruba, HPE, Cisco,, Meraki, Juniper, Cambium, Fortinet

• Excellent verbal and written skills to both customers and internal staff

• Proactively identify and resolve problems, using documented or

researched answers and providing resources to other IT staff and users

• Organizational and prioritization skills

• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new job-related tasks

• Ability to work effectively in a team atmosphere as well as alone

depending on shift placement.

Seeking a senior, dynamic, highly motivated full stack developer interested in working for a very early stage bootstrap startup. We have a Beta/MVP live, but need to get bug free and fast ASAP. The position has pay commensurate with local salaries in low-cost countries but will earn equity equivalent to their salary which could be worth up to more than that when the company is successful. What You’ll Be Doing

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will work closely with Engineering/Product/Operations teams to build state-of-the-art ML based solutions for B2B SaaS products. This entails not only leveraging advanced techniques for predictions, time-series forecasting, topic modelling, optimisation but deep understanding of business and product too.

• Apply excellent problem solving skills to deconstruct and formulate solutions from first-principles

• Work on data science roadmap and build the core engine of our flagship CommerceIQ product

• Collaborate with product and engineering to design product strategy, identify key metrics to drive and support with proof of concept

• Perform rapid prototyping of experimental solutions and develop robust, sustainable and scalable production systems

• Work with large scale ecommerce data of the biggest brands on amazon

• Apply out-of-the-box, advanced algorithms to complex problems in real-time systems

• Drive productization of techniques to be made available to a wide range of customers

• You would be working with and mentoring fellow team members on the owned charter

What we are looking for -

• Bachelor’s or Masters in Computer Science or Maths/Stats from a reputed college with 4+ years of experience in solving data science problems that have driven value to customers

• Good depth and breadth in machine learning (theory and practice), optimization methods, data mining, statistics and linear algebra. Experience in NLP would be an advantage

• Hands-on programming skills and ability to write modular and scalable code in Python/R. Knowledge of SQL is required

• Familiarity with distributed computing architecture like Spark, Map-Reduce paradigm and Hadoop will be an added advantage

• Strong spoken and written communication skills, able to explain complex ideas in a simple, intuitive manner, write/maintain good technical documentation on projects
