Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented ERP Functional Consultant / Implementation & Support Engineer who will be responsible for ERP implementation, user training, and ongoing client support.

Key Responsibilities

● Implement ERP applications at client locations

● Provide user-wise and department-wise training

● Understand and analyze client business requirements and map them in ERP

● Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for data setup and documentation.

● Prepare user-defined reports and maintain proper documentation

● Handle end-to-end ERP implementation lifecycle.

● Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting

● Work on modules like Sales, Purchase, Production, Inventory, Finance, HR, etc.

● Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

● Ensure timely project delivery and meet utilization targets

Required Skills & Competencies

● Strong analytical, functional, and communication skills

● Understanding of business processes, preferably in the manufacturing industry

● Basic knowledge of SQL (ability to write simple queries).

● Knowledge of ERP modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Finance, HR, etc.)

● Ability to quickly learn new technologies and tools

● Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities

● Ability to work independently as well as in a team

Eligibility Criteria

● Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience

● Candidates with 2–3 ERP implementation projects preferred (for experienced roles)

● Good communication skills in English and Hindi & Tamil, Telugu, Kannada (regional language is an advantage).

Important Notes (Mandatory Conditions)

1. This is a 100% Work From Office role (No Hybrid / Remote option available)

2. Candidates must be open to travel across India and internationally based on project requirements (Male candidates preferred for travel roles).

3.Accommodation and food are not provided (except during client-site implementation).

Full-time, permanent position implementing, supporting, and optimizing enterprise ERP systems for clients, with a focus on supply chain, manufacturing, and planning modules. The role is client-facing first: success depends as much on clear, polished communication as on functional expertise.

Required

Polished client communication: able to run status calls, present findings, and manage escalations with professionalism and composure

Ability to translate technical concepts — configurations, integrations, system behavior — into plain language for business and executive audiences

Career at an IT services company, systems integrator, ERP vendor, or consulting firm (e.g., Accenture, NTT Data, Wipro, Infosys, ERP-partner boutiques) — required; candidates whose ERP experience is exclusively in-house at a single employer will not be a fit

5–8 years in enterprise ERP (any major platform: Oracle, SAP, Workday, Dynamics, NetSuite)

At least one full-cycle implementation: requirements, configuration, testing, cutover, post-go-live support

Functional depth in SCM-adjacent modules: inventory, order management, procurement, costing, or planning

Integration exposure: REST/SOAP APIs, third-party system connections, data migration

Clear written deliverables: documentation, status reports, and issue summaries that nontechnical stakeholders can act on

Preferred

Experience presenting to steering committees or client leadership

Multi-industry client exposure

Experience automating support or testing workflows

Reporting/analytics tooling (BI, embedded ERP analytics)

The role

You'll own the full sales cycle for ERP implementation and transformation engagements, turning inbound opportunities and self-generated pipeline into signed implementation projects. Working as a Senior Account Executive at Navtech, you will:

• Own opportunities from first call through contracting — discovery, solutioning, proposals, security reviews, negotiations, and close.
• Qualify opportunities rigorously and make sharp go / no-go decisions.
• Build pipeline from both inbound leads and your own enterprise network.
• Lead responses to RFPs, RFIs, and enterprise procurement processes.
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams — engineering, delivery, legal, finance, and security — while aligning client stakeholders throughout the sales cycle.
• Build trusted relationships with business and technology leaders, including executive stakeholders.
• Onboard new customers and transition them smoothly to Delivery and Account Management.

Who Are We Looking For Exactly?

• 8+ years closing complex, consultative B2B deals — ideally in ERP services, IT services, enterprise software, cloud, or systems integration.
• Experience selling ERP implementations or enterprise technology solutions, with a network you can leverage.
• The ability to sell technical, business-critical engagements credibly — you can articulate business value and ROI without being an engineer, and know when to bring one into the conversation.
• A track record navigating multi-stakeholder enterprise deals through procurement, IT, security, legal, and executive stakeholders.
• Strong discovery skills and a structured qualification approach (MEDDICC, MEDDIC, BANT, or similar).
• A self-starter who thrives with autonomy and can collaborate effectively with globally distributed teams.

Bonus points: Experience selling ERP solutions such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, ERPNext, or similar platforms; familiarity with ERP implementations, cloud migration, systems integration, data migration, finance, supply chain, manufacturing, HR, or enterprise business transformation initiatives.
