Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced AI Architect to design and deploy AI/ML solutions that align with business goals.

The role involves leading end-to-end architecture, model development, deployment, and integration using modern AI/ML tools and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Key Responsibilities :

• Define AI strategy and identify business use cases
• Design scalable AI/ML architectures
• Collaborate on data preparation, model development & deployment
• Ensure data quality, governance, and ethical AI practices
• Integrate AI into existing systems and monitor performance

Must-Have Skills :

• Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision
• Data Engineering, Model Deployment (CI/CD, MLOps)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain mobile automation frameworks using Appium
• Automate native, hybrid, and mobile web applications (Android & iOS)
• Write, execute, and maintain automated test scripts
• Perform regression, smoke, and sanity testing
• Integrate automation scripts into CI/CD pipelines
• Analyze test results and report defects using bug tracking tools
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA team
• Participate in test planning and test case review

Note : Face 2 Face interview is mandatory on weekdays

Handling HR Operations project.  

Coordinate with Plant HR Team for Manpower planning, 

Recruitment, onboarding, joining formalities of new joiners, new 

hire orientation, induction and exit interviews, documentation and 

audit accuracy, factory compliances and administrative part. 

Coordinate and make sure that the Safety Compliances should be 

followed at Plant level.  

Coordinate and in guidance of Seniors issue a various letter i.e. 

Warning Letter, abscond letter, show cause notice etc. for 

Misconduct.  

Coordinate and in guidance of Seniors send recovery mails/legal 

notices to employees also coordinate with external lawyer for 

pending recovery of F & F.  

Coordinate and in guidance of Seniors run a POSH Policy 

Compliance.  

MIS and reporting  

Job Description:

• Min 4-5 years of experience in Mobile application development
• Min 2-year Experience in React Native app development
• Firm grasp of the JavaScript and TypeScript language and its nuances, including ES6+ syntax
• Follow best practices using Android Guidelines
• Knowledge of functional or object-oriented programming
• Technically strong in React-Redux/Mobx development and deep understanding of core mobile concepts such as lifecycle, UI, networking, caching, device features, etc
• Experiences with automated testing suites, like Jest or Mocha
• Experience integrating third-party frameworks. Worked with logging and capturing user navigation and app usage to Analytics and Crashlytics for understanding the most used features by users.
• Knowledge of mobile security and cryptography is an advantage.
• Good working knowledge of tools such as Git, JIRA, Jenkins, or any tools that are similar to these.
• Experience with agile methodology is preferred
• Good communication skills
• Good knowledge of app telemetry integration & app performance management
• Have published at least 2 React Native apps on Play Store & Appstore

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and cold call prospective Partners (Sub-Brokers).
• Arrange business meetings with prospective Partners and work on Partners activation & Client network development
• Advising Partners/Clients to build a strong portfolio into equities.
• Providing the advisory regarding the strategies for securities investment.
• Strive to achieve business targets as per assigned portfolio
• Upsell/Cross sell through Partners.
• Arrange periodical Partner Meets for New Acquisition and generating leads for prospects.
• Have a good understanding of our products and be able to advise others about them
• Interact with partners for product training, advisory to keep partners active & increase revenue.
• Understand and resolve partner query end to end in coordination with technology team.
• Handling Partner Advisory and AUM.

Checklist:

• 1-3 years’ experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role in BFSI industry
• Basic Knowledge of Equity & Derivatives
• Prior experience of sales of financial products is a must
• Strong Market Understanding and proven sales track record.
• Candidate must have excellent communication skills and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MIS reporting and other MS-office utilities
• Ability to build rapport
• Confident with a dynamic personality
