Job Description

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong hands-on experience in Java and Python
• Expertise in Microsoft Azure AI/ML services
• Experience with LLM application frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, or similar)
• Strong experience in API development and system integration
• Experience building backend systems and scalable architectures
• Solid understanding of data structures, system design, and distributed systems
• Familiarity with cloud-native deployments, CI/CD, and observability tools
• Experience with LLM tools/providers and AI-assisted development (Good to Have)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and develop autonomous AI agents capable of multi-step reasoning and decision-making
• Build and orchestrate agent workflows using modern frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, etc.)
• Integrate AI agents with APIs, databases, and SaaS platforms for end-to-end automation
• Develop prompt engineering strategies, memory architectures, and tool integrations
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain AI agents in production environments
• Optimize agents for performance, scalability, latency, and cost efficiency
• Debug and improve agent behavior using testing, logging, and feedback loops
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed AI solutions into business workflows
• Write clean, scalable, and production-ready backend code
• Stay updated with emerging AI/LLM trends and agent frameworks

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related fields   

Experience : 4 - 8 Years

Primary Skills

• BE/BTech/MTech with 1 year of experience in .NET Framework like C#.Net and ASP.Net
• Atleast 1 year of experience on Web Application development with ADO.Net, HTML, CSS, JavaScript/Jquery
• Good experience in Writing Complex SQL Queries using any of the RDBMS Database like Oracle, SQL Server etc
• Experience in Creating and Testing Stored Procedures and Functions

Secondary Skills

• Ability to analyse the existing code in the application and identify the Program Logic
• Experience in implementing AJAX through Javascript/Jquery
• Experience in Creating Reports and Documents using Crystall Reports
• Experience in creating Front End Validations using JavaScript/Jquery
• Experience in doing Manual or Automated Test will be a plus

Expected Skills :- 

Primary expertise: Golang, NodeJs, Python 

• Our backend was written in Nodejs and some parts converted to Golang. We want to switch completely
• Knowing Golang well is important 
• You should know python / Django at a reasonable level
• Ability to work with GCP and AWS environments
  Worked with Amazon services like SNS, SQS and Google services like Firebase FCM
• Ability to execute rapidly

• Utilize established development tools, guidelines and conventions including but not limited to ASP.NET, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and C#/VB.NET
• Prepare and maintain code for various .Net applications and resolve any defects in systems.
• Prepare test-based applications for various .Net applications
• Enhance existing systems by analyzing business objectives, preparing an action plan and identifying areas for modification and improvement

• Manage defect tracking system and resolve all issues and prepare update for systems
• Investigate and develop skills in new technologies
• Create technical specifications and test plans
• Monitor everyday activities of system and provide require support

• Required experience in .Net Core 2.2 and above, Web API, EF, AWS or Azure Cloud
• Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns (e.g. Model-View-Controller (MVC))
• Knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (e.g. C#, Visual Basic .NET) and HTML5/CSS3
• Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)
• Snaplogic (both ground and cloud plex ) or Biztalk ( basic administration , simple xlt translations, and Api management ) or any other similar tool
• Update to .net 50 and Microsoft CORE 30 general coding practices
• Visual Studio use for C#
• Shared library through Nugget
• Unit Test / Test driven methods (use of Xunit and MOCK )
• Concepts of “;” service threading, caching, injection, NTier and entity 
• GIT repository (Gitflow branching strategies )
• Azure DevOps pull requests, commitments and Task usage
• SQL artifact writing (sprocs, tables, triggers , indexes, FKs ,and PKs)
• SQL understanding of relational database models
