Roles and Responsibilities:

• Willing to familiarise yourself with the company's vision and mission seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives.
• Collating and maintaining client information in the CRM database.
• Make calls to clients and respond to callback requests for international regions like US, Canada, Middle East, ANZ, EMEA, LATAM etc...
• Email & whatsapp conversations with potential leads.
• Convert potential leads into customers.
• Learning & using our customer relations management software & others.
• Related computer softwares.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and articulate Technical Writer to create high-quality documentation that simplifies complex technical information for a wide range of audiences. You will collaborate with developers, engineers, and product managers to produce user manuals, API documentation, online help guides, and training materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain user manuals, installation guides, API documentation, and FAQs.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather technical information.
• Translate complex concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly content.
• Create diagrams, flowcharts, and visuals to support documentation.
• Review and edit content created by other team members for clarity and consistency.
• Maintain documentation repositories and version control using tools like Git or Confluence.
• Ensure documentation complies with company standards and style guides.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in technical writing, preferably in software or IT domains.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to grasp complex technical concepts quickly.
• Familiarity with documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, RoboHelp, or Markdown editors.
• Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Communication, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or scripting languages.
• Exposure to API documentation tools like Swagger or Postman.

• Experience of more than 4 to 6 years in software development.

Role: We are looking for an experienced team lead to drive data acquisition projects end to end. In this role, you will be working in the web scraping team with data engineers, helping them solve complex web problems and mentor them along the way. You’ll be adept at delivering large-scale web crawling projects, breaking down barriers for your team and planning at a higher level, and getting into the detail to make things happen when needed.  

Responsibilities  

•  Interface with clients and sales team to translate functional requirements into technical requirements 
•  Plan and estimate tasks with your team, in collaboration with the delivery managers 
•  Engineer complex data acquisition projects 
•  Guide and mentor your team of engineers 
•  Anticipate issues that might arise and proactively consider those into design 
•  Perform code reviews and suggest design changes 

Prerequisites 

•  Between 5-8 years of relevant experience
