Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative, passionate, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating visually appealing graphics and engaging video content for digital platforms. The candidate should be proficient in industry-standard design and video editing tools, possess a strong understanding of branding and visual storytelling, and be able to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Experience working on eCommerce brands and an understanding of digital marketing concepts will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality creatives for social media, websites, digital advertisements, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
• Create engaging video content, including promotional videos, social media reels, product videos, and advertisements.
• Edit and enhance videos by adding transitions, animations, motion graphics, sound effects, subtitles, and visual effects.
• Develop creative concepts and visual assets that align with brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Design banners, brochures, presentations, infographics, and other branding materials.
• Create product creatives, promotional banners, and campaign assets for eCommerce platforms.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing, content, and social media teams to execute creative campaigns.
• Maintain consistency in branding across all digital and offline platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, social media formats, and video editing techniques.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Canva, and Figma.
• Strong graphic design, typography, color theory, and layout design skills.
• Experience creating social media creatives, marketing collateral, and branding materials.
• Strong video editing skills for reels, promotional videos, advertisements, and short-form content.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation using Adobe After Effects.
• Experience designing UI mockups or collaborating using Figma.
• Good understanding of composition, storytelling, and visual aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Required Skill Set

Software Engineer/Senior Software Engineer/Lead Engineer-Java

• Experience in Core Java 8.0 and above, Data Structures, OOPS, Multithreading, Algorithms, Collections, Unix/Linux
• Possess good architectural knowledge and be aware of enterprise application design patterns.
• Should have the ability to analyse, design, develop and test complex, low-latency client-facing applications.
• Good development experience with RDBMS
• Good knowledge of multi-threading and high volume server side development
• Basic working knowledge of Unix/Linux

About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled and self-driven Senior Data Engineer to take full ownership of our database architecture and operations. This is a WFO role that blends high-level database development, database administration (DBA), and customer consultation.

You won't just be writing code in the background; you will be the primary voice for data best practices, helping our customers understand why we build things the way we do.

• Database Development: Design, develop, and optimize complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and triggers.
• Database Management: Oversee database health, performance tuning, security, and backup strategies to ensure maximum uptime.

• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server (Development & Administration) or Postgres Or MySQL.
• Deep expertise in T-SQL and Schema design.
