Role & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications using modern backend and frontend technologies.
• Build and maintain backend services and APIs using technologies such as C#, .NET, Java, or similar backend frameworks.
• Develop responsive and efficient frontend applications using Angular (14+), TypeScript, and JavaScript or similar frontend framework.
• Work on applications deployed in on-premise infrastructure environments, ensuring stability and performance.
• Implement and optimize search capabilities using OpenSearch.
• Design and maintain database structures using relational databases (SQL) and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, test, and deploy new product features.
• Troubleshoot issues, debug applications, and ensure high reliability and performance of the platform.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes, collaborating closely with team members throughout the development lifecycle.
• Contribute to technical discussions, architecture decisions, and engineering best practices.

Ideal Candidate

• Strong Full stack software engineer having on premise applications development experience
• Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 5+ years of experience as a Fullstack developer
• Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have hands-on experience in developing and supporting applications deployed on on-premise infrastructure (Not cloud)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance Java applications.
• Work with Core Java and Advanced Java concepts to build reliable backend solutions.
• Develop and deploy applications using Spring Boot framework.
• Design and implement RESTful Microservices with best practices in scalability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Manage code versions effectively using Git/GitHub.
• Ensure code quality by integrating and analyzing with SonarQube.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Core Java (OOPs, Collections, Multithreading, Exception Handling).
• Hands-on experience in Advanced Java (JDBC, Servlets, JSP, JPA/Hibernate).

Mission

Own architecture across web + backend, ship reliably, and establish patterns the team can scale on.

Responsibilities

• Lead system architecture for Next.js (web) and FastAPI (backend); own code quality, reviews, and release cadence.
• Build and maintain the web app (marketing, auth, dashboard) and a shared TS SDK (@revilo/contracts, @revilo/sdk).
• Integrate Stripe, Maps, analytics; enforce accessibility and performance baselines.
• Define CI/CD (GitHub Actions), containerization (Docker), env/promotions (staging → prod).
• Partner with Mobile and AI engineers on API/tool schemas and developer experience.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years; expert TypeScript, strong Python.
• Next.js (App Router), TanStack Query, shadcn/ui; FastAPI, Postgres, pydantic/SQLModel.
• Auth (OTP/JWT/OAuth), payments, caching, pagination, API versioning.
• Practical CI/CD and observability (logs/metrics/traces).

Nice-to-haves

• OpenAPI typegen (Zod), feature flags, background jobs/queues, Vercel/EAS.

Key Outcomes (ongoing)

• Stable architecture with typed contracts; <2% crash/error on web, p95 API latency in budget, reliable weekly releases.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• 6+ years of IT experience with 3+ years in Camunda development; Camunda certification required.
• Expertise in designing, developing, and implementing Camunda components like Job Workers and Process Models, following best practices.
• Proficient in integrations with external systems using REST APIs, connectors, web services, and experience in building REST services with Spring Boot or .NET.
• Hands-on experience integrating Camunda with Front End, Streaming Products, PostGres, SMTP, SAP, and RPA systems; strong SQL query and function writing skills.
• Experienced in deploying solutions via Bitbucket and GIT, maintaining documentation, and participating in code reviews to ensure quality and compliance.
• Skilled in tracking and resolving CRs/Defects through JIRA and providing technical support for UAT/PROD environments.

The Role

Based in Jaipur or Pune, you will be working in a collaborative team on cutting edge technologies in a supportive and dynamic environment. Ultimately you are responsible for building the CODI and on-boarding new clients - this involves:

• Developing a good understanding of the solutions which Peak delivers, and how these link to Peak’s overall strategy.
• Making suggestions towards shaping the strategy for a feature and engineering design.
• Managing own workload and usually delivering unsupervised. Accountable for their own workstream or the work of a small team.  
• Understanding Engineering priorities and is able to focus on these, helping others to remain focussed too
• Acting as the Lead Engineer on a project. Helps ensure others follow Peak processes, such as release and version control.
• An active member of the team, through useful contributions to projects and in team meetings.
• Supervising others. Deputising for a Lead and/or support them with tasks. Mentoring new joiners/interns and Masters students. Sharing knowledge and learnings with the team.

Required Skills and Experience

• Acquired strong proven professional programming experience.
• Strong command of Algorithms, Data structures, Design patterns, and Product Architectural Design.

• Proven track record and expert in one of the field - DevOps/Frontend/Backend
