Deserving candidates will be given an opportunity to get trained, certified, and deployed in projects executed for our global enterprise customers The candidate is expected to have an in-depth understanding of CMS concepts, features, and benefits and should be hands-on in any front-end and (or) backend technologies like HTML 5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, ES6, PHP, Java, .Net etc. leveraging the CMS custom capabilities in any of the platforms like Drupal, WordPress, Liferay, Contentful etc. .

Skills Description:

• Hands-on in any one of the CMS platforms with an in depth understanding of the platform (Drupal, WordPress, Liferay etc.)
• Good knowledge of theme, plug-ins customization and custom component development
• Desire to continually learn and explore new tools, concepts and ideas and then share them with the rest of the team
• The candidate is expected to pick up AEM platform quickly and get certified.
• Candidates having a strong java skillset (or have experience in java-based CMS platforms - like Liferay) is expected to learn AEM platform and contribute extensively to AEM backend development in JCR, OSGI and Apache Sling
• Candidates having a strong front-end skills like HTML 5, CSS3 (or pre-processing platforms like SASS), JavaScript, jQuery or have extensively worked in any non-java-based CMS platforms like Drupal, WordPress etc. will be required to learn AEM Platform and contribute to AEM Front-end development in designing AEM templates and components leveraging AEM Sightly/HTL Framework.
• Good Communication (both verbal and written).

We are looking for a fresher or 1 year experienced WordPress/HTML/Bootstrap developer to design and implement attractive and functional websites for our clients. You will be responsible for both back-end and front-end development including the implementation of WordPress themes and plugins as well as site integration and security updates.

To be a successful WordPress/HTML/Bootstrap developer, you should have in-depth knowledge of front-end programming languages, a good eye for aesthetics, and strong content management skills. Ultimately, a top-class WordPress developer can create attractive, user-friendly websites that perfectly meet the design and functionality specifications of the client.

WordPress Developer Responsibilities:

• Meeting with clients to discuss website design and function.
• Designing and building the website front-end.
• Creating the website architecture.
• Designing and managing the website back-end including database and server integration.
• Generating WordPress themes and plugins.
• Conducting website performance tests.
• Troubleshooting content issues.
• Conducting WordPress training with the client.
• Monitoring the performance of the live website.

WordPress Developer Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a similar field.
• Proven work experience as a WordPress developer.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies including CSS3, JavaScript, HTML5, and jQuery.
• Knowledge of code versioning tools including Git, Mercurial, and SVN.
• Experience working with debugging tools such as Chrome Inspector and Firebug.
• Good understanding of website architecture and aesthetics.
• Ability to manage projects.
• Good communication skills.

We will test your skills in 3 domains
understanding an existing written code and ability to make changes
coding a logical question to test basic coding skills
ability to think of test cases to write a full proof code
***Technical Round 2: Coding Round***
45 minutes coding round where you will be required to code live sharing your screen. On the spot problem will be given.

• At least 2+ years of product development experience with expertise in designing and implementing high-performance web applications
• You must be proficient in Problem Solving and Data structures since you got to find the best way of handling a huge set of data.
• Strong hands-on experience in developing web applications using JavaScript
• Strong experience and knowledge in single-page frameworks like ReactJS/Angular/VueJs/other frameworks and ability to design the architecture of single-page applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with JAVASCRIPT, OOPS Concepts, Single page applications, REACTJS, D3, NodeJS, etc
• Build tools such as grunt, gulp, web pack.
• Exceptional debugging skills and knowledge on browser developer tools
• Familiar with RESTful APIs to connect applications to back-end services
• Familiar with optimization techniques (both in file weight and perceived/actual processing speed), debugging techniques, dynamic content retrieval, state management e.g: (Redux), cross-browser support.
• Experience in optimizing the application for performance and scalability using CDN, caching, etc
• Deep experience developing modular, object-oriented JavaScript Strong command of the HTTP protocol and the latest web standards
• Knowledge on Node server, Socket connections and mechanisms to handle real-time async data would be a plus.
• Very Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Very strong full stack experience with familiarity in serving technologies such as HTTP, CDN, proxies and caching
• Working experience with distributed teams and leading them is a plus
• Strong hands-on on writing test cases and documenting UI component.
