Job Description

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries received through email, social media and chat platforms

• Provide accurate information and support to customers, addressing their concerns and resolving any issues

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations

• Ensure timely and effective follow-up on customer queries and escalations to ensure satisfactory resolution

• Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

• Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards set for the role

• Maintain customer data and records accurately in the designated systems

Qualifications & Requirements

• Graduate degree

• Candidate should have 2 - 5 years of experience in a similar role

• Strong written communication skills, including proper grammar, punctuation, and attention to detail

• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred

• Proficiency in typing with a high level of accuracy and speed

• Ability to multi-task and effectively manage time in a fast-paced environment

• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a QlikView Developer. As a QlikView Developer, you will be responsible for developing data models, creating dashboards, and utilizing your analytical skills. You will also work with data warehousing and ETL (Extract Transform Load) processes to ensure effective data management. You will be an integral part of our team in Pune.

We are looking for a creative storyteller aka Content writer who is digital savvy and has a good hold on brand content strategy and initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for building brand content across all internal as well as external platforms. Most importantly, this individual should have a high sense of ownership, who can conceptualize and strategize our visual and written content endeavours.

Role & Responsibilities:

Work closely with business and product managers to understand content strategy objectives and deliverables.

Strong project manager with the ability to engage productively and successfully with key stakeholders from creative, media, marketing, product, and research teams.

Look after short form of content such as push notifications, SMS, emails & social media; as well as SEO driven long form of organic and paid content.

Understand impact of content on overall customer engagement and prioritize tasks accordingly.

Establish guidelines and best practices across teams on content generation.

Qualifications & Skills:

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects - prioritization, planning and task delegation.

Have experience in both long form and short form of content.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Good organisational and time-management/team building skills

Bachelors/ Masters in Design, Marketing, Communications, Journalism or relevant field.

• Help establish GUI best practices and JavaScript frameworks for web development.
• Provide context and guidance for integration and implementation of Front-End Interfaces
• Translate wireframes, comps, and functional requirements into functional HTML/ CSS / Javascript.
• Develop standards-compliant mark-up and code for web sites and applications
• Develop JavaScript using standard Frameworks (jQuery, etc.)
• Develop small to medium size custom JavaScript libraries for reuse across the application
• Provide technology and implementation expertise to the domain, projects, or client

For this position, you must have:

• Expert JavaScript/HTML/CSS coding skills.
• 2-4 years of professional experience 
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in javascript 
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in React.js
• Hands-on experience with the implementation of different design patterns
• Proven experience of developing software using the Agile/SCRUM development methodology
• Command of web standards, CSS based design, cross-browser compatibility
• Experience to optimize the performance of the web application;
• Good understanding of page rendering, DOM manipulation, caching, REST API
• Experience of developing the application using  Test-driven Development(TDD)
• Experience of working on LINUX environment
• Attention to detail, Dedication, and Problem-Solving skills.

Nice to Have: 

• Working experience in any of  these technologies and frameworks: D3.js, Node.js, Express.js, Elasticsearch, GraphQL, Redis
